Dr. Gustin is the best chiropractor I have met. Before found him through my insurance provider, I had been to a few chiropractors that are either good but out of network or pretty shitty within my network. I was almost about to give up finding a competent doctor within my network and here I am! I found the perfect hidden gem!
The clinic is located in a small plaza where next to it is a thrift store. So when you drive by and you see a thrift store sign, this is the plaza. All his staff are very nice and attentive, which I really appreciate. Even though the appearance of the clinic may not look astonishing, what matters is the service.
Their business hour is between 8:00 am — 5:30 pm. I scheduled a visit at 4:15 pm in that I am a new patient and they need to take extra time for the new patient.
Like all doctors’ visit for the first time, Dr. Gustin asked me about my symptoms, how long has the condition been going on, and whether or not I have experienced chiropractor’s treatment before. I told hime that I took X-​ray when I went to my first chiropractor. He decided there is no need for me to re-​take X-​ray seeing I already know what causes my discomfort. (Thank you Dr. Gustin for not wasting meaningless exam!) What amazes me is, without aid of X-​Ray, he diagnoses that my complaint should have existed more what I wrote in the new patient form simply by touching my neck and back.
After consulting my complaints, he started off with putting heat pat in my back. I like the way he interacts with patients. He tells patients what he is going to do and what the patient may feel like. He seems very reliable and won’t persuade patients to purchase unnecessary treatment sessions.
Yet there is aa reminder. His adjustment approach begins relatively subtle. As I didn’t hear much of popping sound as my previous chiropractor, he then later explained to me that he prefers to loosen patients muscles and bones first and then as the treatment goes along I will hear more popping sound.

I have received excellent care for my back for many years from Dr. Gustin. Friendly and helpful office staff, too.

Dr Gustin is the best! I have been going there for several years and even after moving 30 minutes away still drive out there for my adjustments. He is very knowledgeable and kind and gives you quality time for each appointment. I have scoliosis along with many other health problems and be has been crucial in helping me find good health. I would suggest him to anyone!

I must say I have always been skeptical about Chiropractors. I was reffered by a friend who was a retired Chiropractor so I figured what the hay. I had displaced a rib in my upper back and I was in horrible pain. Dr. Gustin and his staff were off the charts wonderful in every aspect of how a doctors office should be run. Dr. Gustin helped me recover by 70% the first visit and 100% by the third and final visit. I highly recommend him and his staff. Thanks again you guys!!! I will refer all my Cal Tech people to him.

I was looking for a good Chiropractor in the SGV and eek I had no referral! So, I did a search on my insurance website and found this guy. I looked for reviews on Unilocal and couldn’t find any so, of course being the geek that I am, I googled him. Sound great and he has a very informative website. Why not? I gave him a try. He was very good. He listened to my complaints, checked me, and took care of me. After only one visit I already feel better. I’m sure that after a few more I’ll be back to my good ol’ self again.
