Little Kuts

Walk ins are not welcome on Saturdays apparently. We showed up at 4:30, and this establishment closes at 5. Instead of welcoming us, we were asked to make another appointment. I realize that they want to go home, but if your hours say «closed at 5» and «walk ins welcome», then you should really honor this. Unfortunately, I don’t like it when vendors do not keep their word. Therefore, we will not be returning.

My go to place for my kids hair cut, been coming here for about a year in a half and have never been disappointed!!! Highly recommend this place!

This place is awesome! My 1 year old son was a walk in and they took us in quickly. Maria is a god send. My son has always cried and screamed during haircuts and I would have to hold his head very traumatic past experiences at other shops. But this visit was great! Maria interacted with him showing him nothing was scary and kept him busy playing toys. Although I did sit with him I’m hoping his next visit he will sit by himself. We will absolutely be back!

The 5 stars is for Maria, who truly is the best!!! She cut my son’s hair when he was 10 months old! It was perfect. She was so quick and had tons of patience. Thanks Maria
If I could do zero stars for the next person I would. Now I went back 2 months later and Maria wasn’t there (day off). So I scheduled my appointment with Brenda (seeing all the great Unilocal reviews) I was so wrong.
First of all my husband and I told her what we wanted and explained it! Then she starts to thin out his hair! I’m sorry but a one year old should never gets their hair thinned out. Are you serious! He is one! And the hair cut we asked for didn’t need to get all that stuff done like thinning out. Trust me I went to ask 3 different places after this! Back to the story… so I just wanted to scream and my husband was furious when we saw this happening. Next she starts to buzz cut the lower back (remember Maria had done this to him before and he was fine) she hurt him then told us to hold his head which made him freak out more. At this point my husband and I were done! I told her to stop and leave it the way it was. The back of the head was not done but at this point I was over it.
My sons 1^st birthday party was 2 days later… with a horrible hair cut… Was upsetting as a parent.
We will go back to this place but only to Maria!

It was our little girl’s first hair cut (she’s 17 months) and the experience was not as bad as I anticipated. My daughter loved the variety of toys and was a great distraction. Cassandra was the one to cut her hair. Cassandra was friendly, patient, and was careful with my daughter. I highly recommend Cassandra if you decide to try them out.

Have been taking my kids here since they were in Laverne but after Saturday no more as long as Jennifer is working there. This is the 2^nd time she cuts my sons ear and scalp while she’s cutting his hair and not to mention the whack job of a haircut!!! Maria if you keep her around your business will go down!!! Jennifer is all over Unilocal with bad reviews!!! Should of said bye after her first «I’m sorry»

My 2 year old hates hair cuts, screaming bloody murder type of hate. My 1 year old had never had a cut, I wanted to wait until he was 18 months old like his brother.
Needless to say this place rocks. The toys help distract the kids and playing movies at the same time is a double. The real winner was Christina who did but of my boys hair. She was so patient, sweet, nurturing, and easy going. She has a little boy so she understands where I was coming from.
I will definitely return.

This was our first experience with little kuts, my son and I are very happy with his new haircut. The store is perfect experience for kids of all ages. I would also like to thank Brenda for my son’s first visit, she made this haircut painless.

Great service and haircuts. My kids love coming here. The waiting area has a bunch of random toys to keep the little ones busy while the older siblings get their cut.

This place was dirty, like filthy dirty. Hair everywhere dirty toys and the lady who cut my sons hair was not friendly. I have been here two times. First time I was to into my sons first ever haircut to pay attention to the dirt but I did notice the staff was only semi friendly but after second time I’m never going back again. Its to Expensive for a trim for a two year old that hardly has hair. $ 17. And if you are charging that much Atleast with high prices be friendly and have a clean environment. I can just as easily take a bucket of toys to super cuts for $ 9. I choose this place for kid friendly experience unfortunately the experience was not pleasant.

Unilocal was having a good deal $ 13 for $ 17 dollar hair cut. Perfect for my Emi. The lady was really nice and really fast we were in and out! Kids love watching Disney movies (good distraction) We will be back.

I love this place for kids haircuts. I have been taking the kids here for a number of years. Maria is awesome. She cuts my sons crazy hair and he doesn’t even flinch. If you have a child that is a bit scared to get a haircut, you can not go wrong with Little Kuts in Glendora.
I have also gone to their Pasadena location and Jennifer is awesome there too. However, it is much more crowded and often times it is booked.

We’ve been coming here for a couple of years now. We moved over 40 miles away but my son will not let anyone else cut his hair except Maria. My son has a special need and Maria is always very patient with him and knows exactly what he likes. We love it here and will go nowhere else.

Super quick friendly service. My kids hair looked excellent and took literally 15 minutes. He didn’t complain a bit, they really know what they’re doing. Nice play area while waiting (although we didn’t wait long at all, appt was right on time)

We LOVE this place! We’ve been coming here since my son’s first haircut when he was a year old. They marked the occasion with a certificate & a lock of his hair. It was really cute!
Even though we live in Arcadia, we make the trip every few months as my son (who is 4 ½ now) won’t let anyone touch his hair except for Brenda. She is the best!

Great place to take kids for their haircut. I’ve been coming with my kids since their first haircuts. My kids love the «toy» waiting area. They do great styling (braids, twists etc) for little girls. I love love love this place.

If I had more stars id give it. I have been taking my daughter to see Maria for a while now and every time she exceeds our expectations. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming and the staff is more than staff, a family. Nothing but smiles and joy (or giggles) through each haircut. I love the little goodies available for the kids to play with during our visit. Definitely will continue bringing my daughter here for her hair cut. Thank you Maria and Little Kuts. –Emma and Hannah

He cries a lot and sighs a lot, so it’s cut once in a while
But we get some froyo afterward, and he dons a great big smile

Took my daughter here today for her first haircut. Absolutely loved it! Maria did a great job and gave us a First Haircut Certificate along with a keepsakes. I was a little nervous on how my daughter would do, but there were plenty of toys, enough for her to be entertained and calm. Wonderful experience and will definitely be returning back for future haircuts!

Have to be honest.
This place sucks!
We took our son in yesterday (July 5^th) to get a hair cut, as we were walking thru the door they automatically stop us and say, «op, no no. I’m sry we’re about to close in a few and we really want to get out of here early for the holiday» (which by the way was on the 4^th) I said, oh well we have an appointment? And all they said was, «oh yea I’m sry about that we forgot it was a holiday month» ?? my son’s been going here since his first cut, back when they were on foothill in la verne but that’s ok! We’ll go else where! Pft.
So, we find this superb spot, brand new, went right on in, they start cutting my son’s hair, and said, «this is a crooked cut! Uneven every where?» Well, «Little Kuts» is the only place that touches his hair we thought. Wowzers, For sure we won’t be going back there again. Little Kuts is Over priced, out dated, have terrible attitudes and quite frankly unskilled!
