My family and I lived here for about 1 year and NEVER had a complaint. It is family and pet friendly. Very clean and maintained. The manager and her husband quickly responded to all needs requested without fail.
The apartments are well insulated and upgraded. We really liked the layout of all rooms.
Pool was always clean. BBQ area was great for get together. Gym was maintained and always clean. The views of the Foothills and South Hills are awesome.
All in all I would highly recommend this location as a home.
We will miss the friendly staff and neighbors.

My family and I have been living here for about a year and a half. We have no complaints! The manager welcomed us and has always been there when we needed her or her husband for any maintenance.
We love how it’s mostly families and have never had a complaint about a neighbor. Everyone here is so nice!
The pool and gym are always clean and ready to enjoy! It is pet friendly. They supply little bags and trash cans around the apartments grass areas for your convenience to pick up after your pet!
All-​in-​all we love it here! Very well managed and nice place to live.
