Mr Real Estate

They were a very unresponsive to the issues in my unit since the day I moved in. They told me they don’t do move in walk throughs so I had to do my own and report to them what was broken and not working when I moved in. After many emails and phone calls to get these issues addressed and no action being taken they terminated my tenancy and gave me 30 days to move out. I was getting bitten by numerous spiders coming out of the carpet. Just one of many issues I had there. Very dissapointing experience.

I’ve been renting from Rick for 5 years everything was great until the past year. He refused to do anything about a toilet that never worked for 4 years until recently. And then just recently he decided to violate some renters rights laws thinking people would be uneducated about it. We have a horrible rodent problem he has never fixed plus one of these rodents bit me I had to go to the ER for a rabies shot. I don’t know what happened to the old Rick but the new one is never going to get the right business treating people the way him and his daughter do.

These ladies helped a lot with paperwork even after we did not get the property we wanted. However they did make some comments towards my family that were uncalled for and disrespectful. It made me feel as if you are not like them then you will be treated poorly because that is the way they feel other people should be treated. I’m sorry but if you are not Caucasian these might not be the realtors for your perfect nest. Happy Hunting.

I rented a beautiful spacious Studio in Pomona, Ca. It was exactly what I needed. Mr. Real Estate Associates made sure I was in a great location. Close to San Bernadino, Riverside, Los Angeles, Rancho Cucamonga, Victorville and Irvine so I wouldn’t have a long commute to work! The neighbor hood is very beautiful landscaping is so beautiful. I hated leaving it but I love coming back to it! There’s this beautiful tree that has beautiful lavender blooms that falls like rain drop in the breeze! You can see the beautiful mountains and there’s this flower outside the window in the living room area that closes at night and opens up during the day I loved it so much that I got a tattoo of it! The area is awesome walking distance to everything!(shopping bars banks dinning etc.)The people in Pomona are unforgettable friendly and full of Human kindness! I appreciate Karen Sally and Mr. Peterson for working with me to rent this apartment and helping me with my Safe Haven! I would recommend them to any of my family and friends! I would definitely rent from them again!

Recently applied for a rental and wasn’t impressed. The office is quite old and outdated and my agent was less than professional. Not once did I receive updates relating to the status of my application. I had to call or text to get any information and it took a total of 7 days to finally get a response. Regardless of the financial status of a client, I would expect better treatment. I will be buying a home again some day and Mr. Real Estate won’t be my agent.
