I came in yesterday with alteration emergency and was very pleased to find that they can accommodate my situation. I was very grateful that they were able to help me. I received dress today and it was perfect and just what I needed. The customer service was outstanding. I will definitely be coming back for all of my clothing needs.

The best customer service I’ve had at a tailor/​dry cleaners. I had a suit completely tailored for a reasonable price, and throughout the measuring I was given good recommendations. I’m going back today with another suit!

What a great job! I brought in a suit, shirt, and another pair of pants late on a Wednesday. I needed everything by Friday late afternoon and it was on time and looked perfect. The customer service was top notch and the gentlemen who I spoke with seemed to genuinely care for his craft. Excellent experience all around and I would definitely recommend coming here!

Excellent quality alterations – especially for the price. I brought a suit jacket and a pair of slacks to S. Grand Cleaners on which the owner certainly under promised and over delivered. On the jacket, I had the sleeves shortened in addition to tapering the legs of the slacks for a more modern fit. Both of these items turned out beautifully after he took my measurements, personally showed me his methods for the fit that I was looking for, and had the jacket and slacks back to me within 72 hours. Overall, a very friendly and customer-​oriented experience. For virtually 95% of the quality that you would get at a more specialized alteration shop, nearly 35% less the specialty shop’s price certainly contributed to my satisfaction as well. Highly recommend visiting this store and chatting with the owner about any ideas you may have! A big thanks to S Grand Cleaners for a superior job!

Brought a couple pairs of jeans in to get hemmed and the leg width taken in. A little pricier than what I’m used to paying but it was worth it. They were able to match the same measurements as my old raggedy jeans. And the lady at the front, Maggie, was super nice!

If you’re as picky as me about your clothes then this is definitely your spot … Seriously don’t bother to keep looking, They always take care of me and my clothing .
Everything always comes back looking new and smelling good with great prices, excellent service .

This cleaners is awesome! I had my wedding dress cleaned and preserved. It didn’t have any specific stains, but having an outdoor wedding, the bottom hem and my train were black due to being so dirty. It’s been 5 months since my wedding so I was worried the dirt couldn’t be removed but it looks spotless. And the presentation of the dress in the box is perfect. I will definitely be going back to this cleaners to do any cleaning, alterations, etc. the owner is very friendly and professional.

review for alterations: i had 3 pairs of jeans altered here and they did a good job. a little pricy (60 bucks total but i did have both hem and waist done on one of them). the people were pretty nice.

This is the best cleaner that I have ever tried they do spots so professionaly and they did my brand dress altration so good I liked the kind and friendly owner and the best is there prices
