I could not be happier with my transaction with Seidner’s in Glendora.
From start at the desk, the ladies were polite and friendly, next the appraisal and time frame to repair of 6 days given.
The shuttle driver took me home right away, no wait time. He was friendly and also very polite.
Matt, my contact called and emailed me with updates and changes. He is such a asset to Seiders, he makes you feel special and listens to any and all comment and request.
My car was ready in 3 days vs the 6 days given. They sent another shuttle driver (sorry guys forgot your names),
But equally friendly and polite.
My car was perfect and they even did a couple of touch up and misc things at no cost to me.
I was referred by a happy customer, now I recommend them to you.
Hope you don’t need them, but if you do, you won’t be sorry.

My car was scheduled to originally be 23 days in the shop after I was hit by an uninsured driver. Seidner’s worked over a holiday weekend (President’s day) and turned my car around in 9 days! The car looks as good as new and I could not be more thrilled. I received text updates and calls every couple of days from my handler regarding my car! Extremely happy!

Just picked up my car this morning and wow what an amazing job they did. My 2.5 year old lease looks brand new and now makes me want to keep the car when my lease is up. They returned the car to me one week ahead of schedule which I truly appreciate because the rental I got smells like an old chimney. Merced was very friendly and professional when he was giving me a quote and giving me my final walk though after the repair. I hope I will never need a body shop again but if I do, I’ll know who to go to.

I unfortunately had to go to Seidners 2 times this year both times the service was Amazing, this last time I had taken my car in before Christmas knowing the holidays meant a short week as well as a short week the next week. The promised my car before the end of the year I was pretty shocked but was thinking there’s no way with 2 short weeks ahead.
I received text updates as well as calls about my car in there process, they had it done on the December 31^st I was so happy!
There’s customer service was amazing !! This shop is a no brainier if I need a repair shop take your car HERE!

My wife’s car was here and everything went well. Great service and professionalism. Eddie kept her up to date on her car’s repairs.

Running a business, from the moment I pulled up and parked I was kindly greeted & again when I stepped in their office again by the appraiser. Updated by texts. They were finished the day I was told they would be and the work was amazing. I am picky about the quality of things I’m paying for and their craftsmanship was perfect.
I highly recommend Seidner’s for anyone that needs auto body work done.

Awesome place to have your repairs! Great staff; Araceli quinonez and Nicole butler are very helpful associates and will take care of you! Had to go here because of two accidents that where not my fault for repairs within two years; speedy repairs and great feed back of the repair process of your vehicle! Highly recommend!

This place is awesome. Staff were attentive and friendly and they work super fast… Got my car under a week and for a pink car they did well! Merced Barajas was phenomenal… Car needed more stuff but he finished at the exact date at the exact time! Thank you so much guys!

This was my second visit to Seidner“s Collision Center in Glendora that went off with out a hitch. They were able to repair my vehicle 6 days early which was a blessing in itself. Janeth and the front desk people are polite ans very helpfull!

From start to finish the service was excellent, employees were friendly and professional and almost TOO NICE.
I was rear ended and since we’ve always had great service, went to Seidner’s. I dropped the car off a day after making an appointment, they offered me snacks& water while I waited for the estimate (less than 5 min wait). The estimator went over every detail of my car taking notes and pointing out damage I didn’t notice on first glance.
They made a rental car reservation for me & gave me a ride to pick it up. I spent a total of 10mins start to finish.
I got texts from my car telling me each step of the progress (which was funny at first, but became annoying quickly). My car was done 3 days earlier than expected and the work was spectacular. They even washed & vacuumed my really messy car (they saved every scrap of trash from my kids in a pile just in case one of the used tissues or fast food wrappers was important to someone lol).
I spent 10 mins looking over the work & making sure everything was in working order & I was out of there.
My only complaint is they make too many phone calls/​texts to update me. I don’t care– just fix my car, but most people are control freaks & probably want that kind of info.

After being rear ended at a light I was advised to come back here by AAA. Just wanting to get my car fixed & being a believer in second chances since we are all human, after all, I agreed to come by here even after the last encounter I had here. So I made my appointment for the next available time (a week or so down the road) stopped by mistakingly a couple days early. The denial that helped me out, Arricelle?, was rude & curt. Not something I’m looking for in a customer service situation but I brush it off bc I’m tired after a long shift at work. She informs me that they probably won’t be able to see me at all bc they «can only look at so many cars…». Whatever. I wait & wait & leave. I come back at my apt time a couple days later & again, she was rude & condescending in her attitude. Maybe that’s just her, fine. Then the young man who does the actual estimate was very pleasant & seemed like he knew what he was doing. We go back inside after he takes a gander at my car & I play the waiting game while he does his thing. A few minutes later the manager comes out at this point he goes into a long winded explanation about business relationships & eventually informs me that they will not be working on my car after «the dead rat incident». At this point in laughing to myself bc I had already brushed up on Unilocal about their more recent reviews where the managers were responding to other 1 star or sub par reviews with apologies & statements about how they would like to make things right & customer service is their top priority blah blah blah… It’s a joke just so that they look good here on help. Don’t believe any of that. When I found the decaying rat in my car I was not even given a «I’m sorry» or a «we’re sorry». NOTHING. They tried to make me feel so small & it appears they haven’t changed. Who knows, they probably try to blackball you from other establishments so nobody works on your vehicle once you hurt their feelings. It’s petty in my opinion.

My new 2015 Civic was hit by a semi-​Truck back in late August. I brought it in to get fixed and was taken care of right away. The staff was very nice, Araceli and Nicole were very helpful in getting my estimate taken care of. Eddie constantly kept me up to date with the progress of my repairs. I was very Satisfied by the service that was provided by these 3 individuals, my car looks great and not only does it still have that new car smell, it looks just like it did when I drove it off the lot. Thanks again to everyone at Seidner’s for such great work.

Seidners made a difficult time following my accident so much easier! Drop off was quick. The text messages updating me on the progress and assuring me that my car was «happy» were so reassuring. And then, they finished a week early! They helped me figure out how to return my rental car and then pick up my repaired car. My car looks like NEW! Everyone I dealt with was so friendly and nice! Seidner’s in Glendora is a class act all around! Their work is impeccable, all of which is backed up by a lifetime warranty! I don’t know many places, let alone body shops, that stand by their work with that type of guarantee. Are they the most reasonably priced? Certainly not. But when you spend as much time in your car as I do, it’s about the quality work that you can count on.
The entire staff at Seidner’s is friendly, personable, and knowledgable. They make you feel comfortable from start to finish, taking the time to explain every detail of their work and the process to repair.
Shout out to Armando for his outstanding service! During my recent visit, he worked directly with my insurance company and helped deliver my car a full 11 days ahead of schedule!!! I’ve done business with Seidner’s more times than I’d like to admit, but I would not trust my car with anyone else!

Seidner’s did an awesome job in my car repair but went above and beyond. When I picked up car, the seat was folded and jammed due to children’s toy parts. The car seat belt was also jammed on the car seat. They took out all my seats, cleaned out the kids toys to unjam the seats, vacuumed the car and fixed the car seat. I can only imagine the junk they found in the seats with 4 kids! Armando and Eddie have to be thanked for doing this for me! The car repair itself looks great!!!

Extremely pleasurable experience fixing my bumper here. They really focus on customer service here and they are always offering cold water to those who are waiting. I also got my car 1 day earlier then is was estimated and I got daily texts about the progress of my repair. I definitely recommend this collision center for anybody who likes high quality of customer service.

Unfortunately late in June I had an accident with my 2015 Silverado. I brought my vehicle into Seidner Collision Center in Glendora where I was greeted promptly and friendly, then explain to me the process and how they could work directly with my insurance company to get all the repairs done on my vehicle. They had my vehicle fixed in no time and got me back on the road. My vehicle look as good as the day I bought it. I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for a body shop. They’re very professional and know exactly what they’re doing
