I have been using Shafer Pools for years. Dan is great and I had no reason to complain. The price is reasonable. A few months back, I was having a party for my daughter. I totally forgot to call Dan for a deep cleaning and tile cleaning. I remembered the day before and reached out to him. He actually came out the morning of the party, and let me tell you. . that pool was sparkling by the time the guests arrived. Now that is service! Thanks Dan! Good Customer Service goes a long way these days
