Had tile installed in upstairs bathrooms. They did a good job, we were very happy. About six months later I asked Elya for an estimate to replace kitchen counter w/​granite. When I asked for a date, he said he would call me. Well he never did.
Now two years later I noticed a little grout breaking up on one tile, cannot be more than 20min repair. I asked Elya if he could send someone to repair it (I even offered to pay up to $ 50 since its been two years). Well again he says he will call me. That was 10÷3÷15, Still no call.

I could give them 10 easy. I went to Sun Tile needing some kichen floor for «yesterday». The wife of the owner immediately not only helped me with offering tile in stock but help me with excellent advise to match granite, back splash and tile. I was overwhelmed and she made it so easy. She also pick ip the grout for the perfect matching. Great place.

When we walked in, we were greeted by the owners. Both husband and wife, so friendly, so professional, and very knowledgeable about all the tiles, ceramic, marble, and granite.
The selection of all the products (tiles, granite, etc…) and anything you need for your kitchen and bathroom was endless. They helped us select tiles that matched our bathroom floors. It was a perfect match. We were very happy with the end results. The great thing about Sun Tile and Ceramic, they will install it for you, and you can buy is and do it yourself.
Overall, we were very amazed at the overall service, selection, and work they do. Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Elya and Hala.

My family and I are very excited to finally renovate our kitchen. This is our first time to renovate a kitchen. So far sad to say it has been a nightmare. Beware!!! Elya was not upfront with us and did not disclose a few things to us such us the correct type of wood material we are getting for our cabinets. Holly on the other hand misinformed us on the actual design of the cabinets. The installers he uses are very unreliable. They arrive late or sometimes don’t show up at all. I have to hound Elya to find out when installers are arriving. When my cabinets finally came, they were damaged. Because he did not disclose a lot of things, this has caused us additional stress and money. I suggest you take your money and business somewhere else, There are a lot of reputable companies. If you decide to use Suntile, make sure your contract is detailed, make sure everything is in writing and be ready to wait. I will have continuous update on the progress of our kitchen. Right now, it has been a few weeks since my cabinets arrive and the installation is still not done. The reason being, Installers don’t come everyday and if ever they show up it’s very late in the morning so half the day is wasted.

We are redesigning our bathroom and are tiling the shower, counter tops and flooring. The staff at Sun are very helpful with design and the tile is beautiful. They have a great display area with a great selection available.

We were very pleased with Sun Tile. They have a great selection of flooring, tile and granite. We purchased our granite and back splash tile for our kitchen from here. They were prompt with the material and it was gorgeous! The men that they send out to install are professional and polite. Thank you Sun Tile for helping us with a beautiful kitchen! We will be using your services again!

They were adequate, but I wouldn’t recommend them again. Maybe they have different staff now (we used them a few years ago), but the supervisor we had often didn’t have the correct materials, which extended the time the job took (although not extensively, but it was an annoyance). The owner who helped me ‘design’ the tile placement didn’t have the forethought to realize that the design was going to hit some very inconvenient places, such as outlets, edges, etc., which made the overall project look somewhat amateurish. I also noticed that the actual finished tiling job didn’t look smooth and professional – there was a lot of unevenness in the grout. When I saw a friend’s bathroom which had been redone by another contractor a few months after us, the difference was glaring and I was even more disappointed, knowing what a professional job should’ve looked like. They were very nice and courteous, though.

We had 3 bathrooms tiled in the new wood style tiles. It was a very good experience from the time I walked into the store to find the tile… until the last of the tiles were placed. Holley helped me find just the right tile for these bathrooms. The new tiles blend perfect with the other tile that is in the house. The Tile guys that laid the floors were very professional. They were very efficient, timely and clean. I highly recommend this company.

I am a single teacher who has a small budget with big dreams. I know if I go to someone in order to renovate my condo it has to be right the first time– I can’t afford to fix someone’s «oops». So, I asked my friends where they got their beautiful house renovated from and then sent me here, to Sun Tile and Ceramic. I cannot believe how warm and kind these people are. They went out of their way to help me, they guided me kindly through the process, they called me and kept in touch with such a sweet tone. I felt like I was getting more than what I paid for– they really treat you like family. Better than what I expected, when the kitchen and bathroom were installed, I nearly dropped. My house has never looked so beautiful! Even the gentlemen installing my counters and sinks were kind, friendly, and clean. These men cleaned up after themselves, watched to make sure they didn’t break my walls or scratch my paint. I couldn’t believe it. I feel lucky and appreciate Sun Tile for their customer service and their product. I live in Orange County and STILL will only use them from now on out. I would sing their praises, but I rather stare at my new granite! Thank you Sun Tile!!!

This place is very good. I went to Anaheim to check prices and they weren’t any better and they aren’t so close in case you need something right away. So far a have purchased travertine for my two bathrooms and entry way. The product is beautiful. Elya and his wife are always helpful when I come in. A few years back they installed a fireplace surround for me in my living room, again not only was the product beautiful their installation was also well done they really look to detail and do not cut corners to rush the job. I have recommend this place to many of my friends and I tell them that they have a good selection, good prices and if you need it installed they do a great job. If your in need of ceramic tile, stone or marble, take a look at Sun Tile, I think you will be very pleased that you did.

I currently live out of town, my husband and I bought a house in Cali and I was only there for a month. I decided to go to sun tile, the owner was so helpful, his wife took so much time to help me put together designs for my bathrooms and flooring. My main concern was to have the construction done before moving back and they were able to finish in literally a month. Not only did they finish on time, but they did an amazing job. I highly recommend going there great selection and service.

The first time we came to this store the owner closed the door on us for another client– He did not even ask us to come back– in fact he did not even acknowledge us. We went with another tile company.
We are renovating our other bathroom and decided we would give them another try. This time their doors were open. When we walked in we were not greeted. They looked at us after 5 minutes of being in the store and still did not say hello. They were busy assisting a customer. There was another couple there before us that I’m sure got the say service we got when we came in.
After looking around for 10 minutes now and still no hello we will be right with you we decided to leave. The employees working just looked and watch us walk right out. The couple followed us out the door as well.
We would not recommend this place to anyone base on the horrible service. It is very surprising in the economy that we are in now that any business owner would allow this type of customer service to happen.

I had been waiting to change the flooring in our house for quite some time. What a great decision I made! I came across Sun Tile after completing my homework intensively. What attracted me the most to this place was the kindness and help that the entire staff offered me. I am extremely satisfied with the results. The design center led by Holly did an excellent job. Holly is very creative and talented. She created a unique design for our spacious floor plan. She stayed alert for any changes or additions, if any, during the progress of the work. On the other hand, Eli, the owner, was on top of the installation crew throughout the entire process. They always arrived on time, and finished their work in a timely manner. He monitored the progress every day and kept me posted of the progress. The installation crew is very professional, and consulted with me for any details. I am thankful for this great decision. I definitely recommend Suntile for all your needed work.
