I bought a brand new lenovo laptop that I barely used. I only had 3 documents saved so I didn’t mind if they were wiped out. One day it just became possessed like all computers do… it boots on and off in this constant repeating cycle. I read the forums and it says it’s gone… lay it to rest and buy a new laptop. I refused to let my baby die. So I went to APU and I was told, to just buy a new one. Feeling bummed I waited another month and finally as my last resort was to bring it here. I skeptical because I was already told to buy a new one. They fixed it in 2 days. I was surprised. Usually the cost warrants people to just buy a new one. Price was reasonable considering this laptop was $ 1500. Also, they saved all my documents. And they don’t violate HIPPA aka the pricacy act, so don’t worry. Your information is safe here.

Nice local company. They did exactly what I asked for. They are honest and professional. Will use them if I need to again.

I brought my laptop in the other day and I needed a virus removed. It was for a fair price and done within the same day. Also, George, cleaned my computer screen so it looks like brand new again. Very fast and affordable service.

i came to this place to fix my computer. the owners name is George and he was very knowledgeable about the problem. he told me to come back in few hours and it should be ready. i came back after 4 hours and everything was working like it was new again. he charged me exactly what we discussed upfront and there was no other extra charges. it is nice to know that George could give me the service similar to a big company at a much less fee. I highly recommend you to give him a call before you have any other company check your computers.

Have done business with George for almost yen years. His trouble shooting skills are great and regular maintenance is outstanding. Have purchased three pcs and two lap tops, pleased with his products and service

George is a very honest and decent guy, he fixed my laptop and recovered all my pictures I thought I lost. I highly recomend him!!!

My bad that I didn’t back up my jump drive for about a year, and one day it stopeed working. I thought I am screwed because I estimated I lost about 40 hours of work.
I first came to X-​Engineers (bad choice). The guy there charged me $ 87 up front and cash only. A day later, he said the jump drive is blank and there’s nothing he can recover. (I am wondering if he even looked at all)
Then, I went to Tech Powered Computers (TPC) on Glendora Ave, downtown Glendora, next to T-​Philips. Larry recovered my lost data. By the way, he said if he couldn’t recover the data, he wouldn’t charge me; If he can, it’s $ 65.
What a huge difference between X-​Engineers and TPC!!!

He’s one guy who I trust with my computers. Great guy that knows about computers.

I had a Hard time finding a programmer because I had a difficult online business to program. I went to many programmers and they seemed they couldn’t get it done. I went to X-​Engineers and Met with George. George was able to get the work done and kept his word behind the work. We went through many difficult changes in our business throughout the the next year and George and his team was able to work with us and make the changes to our website. I have been a costomer of X-​Engineers now for over 5 years now and I continue to use them as updates and changes need to be made. My advice to make things easier on your visit to future costumers, which I did, is that write down everything in writing on what changes or problems need to be fix. This way it gets done right away and the way you want it. thats what my businsess has done with X-​Engineers in the past. They are Fantastic and very Friendly!

I have been a client of X-​Engineers now for over 9 years, they have serviced several computers of mine, built a website for my business and gave me good advice on what hardware/​software to buy even when they knew I was going to buy the product directly from the manufacturer. I was always informed of what the repairs/​service would cost before any work was done and I was always pleasantly surprised when I received the bill because there would be a significant discount because I’m a repeat customer.

A Crook!
I went here a few years ago when I lived in Glendora. My hard drive had crashed and I wanted to see if they could recover data from it. Jack said he would try for $ 75. He called me next day and said my computer was ready. The bill was $ 350.00! He said he could not recover any data so he installed a new hard drive and put a bunch of software on it: Windows, Norton, etc. I told him I had all this stuff at home and could install it myself. I told him all I wanted was for him to recover my data and nothing else. After 30 minutes him arguing with me he agreed to put my old hard drive back in for $ 100.00. Is this a joke or what? I went to Sam’s Club and bought the same drive for $ 59 and installed it myself. I then took my damaged drive to Orange County Data Recovery and they pulled my data and put it on DVDs.
Stay away from this guy. Glendora is a small town and every time I would see him at a restaurant I would get pissed.

Do not go here! We took our computer and iPhone to be repaired. They charged $ 55 to asses the work. We dropped it all of at 11am and they said they would call and could fix both that day. The I phone just needed a new screen. They called us at 130 while we were busy so we called them back at 3, 330,430,5… No answer! So we went back to the shop at 530 and the closed at 430. S I had no phone. Then they don’t open until 11 on Saturday. We called first thing and no answer. Finally they answered around 1. They said they fixed the computer and had to order a screen for the iPhone. Two things, they fixed the computer and charged us $ 220 without consent and they had to have known they needed to order a screen at the ti e they took my phone and said it could be fixed same day! So my husband goes to pick up our electronics and the guy is a jerk about charging us for work we didn’t approve, he tells him the will fix my iPhone screen for $ 179 and then he tries to sell my husband an iPhone! We will be calling the better business bureau! I don’t know how this man inks it is okay to take advantage of customers. He is extremely unethical and unprofessional!
