We hosted an event for our adoption agency and had a wonderful time. Jen was super helpful in helping us with reserving a picnic table. There were so many activities and the price was great for all of the activities that were included. They had a rubber duck race where you pump the water to make the ducks go forward, animals, mini tractor bikes, a corn kernel pit, a pretend cow you could ‘milk’ — and this doesn’t even include the fun hay ride to the pumpkin patch where they had thousands of pumpkins you could pick. The corn crop wasn’t as great this year with the crazy weather but you are able to pick ears of corn to dry out and pop! This was a fun event for children and for adults and it was so nice of Jen to follow up with us to make sure we had a great time. They sell meats, eggs, and other goods as well as a variety of squash and mini pumpkins. I would highly recommend their pumpkin patch and know who I’ll be going to for my Christmas tree this year :)

Our family has been going here for years. We have found the service friendly and the products very reasonably priced. We continue to go back for pumpkins, Christmas trees and meat/produce.

Wanted to love this place. We went there right when they opened on a Saturday morning to get some pumpkins. It’s our first time picking pumpkins so we really didn’t know how things worked. There were a bunch of pumpkins right next to the parking lot so we grabbed two huge ones of those and walked up to pay for them. They weighed it at one station then you went inside with the paper to pay for it. We told them we also wanted to go on the hayride so they noted that on the paper too. We paid for our pumpkins and then went on the hayride. The hayride took us to a pumpkin patch so we got two more pumpkins and rode back to weigh and pay. Well the weighing station didn’t realize that we had paid for the hayrides already and wrote down that we needed to pay for those. We didn’t realize that until we went to pay for the second two pumpkins. So I told the cashier that we had paid for the hayrides already. She goes, «No, you pay for the hayrides afterwards.» I explained to her that we had bought two pumpkins already and had asked that they include the hayrides and that it was noted on the first piece of paper that we already paid for. She wouldn’t believe me and just glared at me. I was about to just pay for the hayrides again but dammit out of principle I wanted her to know that she was incorrect and frankly just rude! Why would I buy $ 35 worth of pumpkins and try to lie about $ 3? She eventually said she’d just not charge me but not because she believed me. She was very nasty about the entire transaction. She ruined for us what would have been a yearly tradition as we recently moved just a few miles from this place. I don’t need to be felt like a cheap liar. I’d rather drive further and get friendlier service. Such a shame. Will be going to Elioaks or Gaver from now on.

Given how packed this place was when we got our tree this past Christmas, I am surprised to see only one other review. Do the cut your own Christmas tree crowd and Unilocalers not overlap? Weird! In any case, the trees here are great. You can cut your own for a bit under $ 60 including tax. We went with a pre-cut since we really liked the way it looked. The tree was not cheap, but supporting a local family farm is worth it. The tree was still taking water after three weeks of being in a dry house which tells you how fresh it was. There’s also a little food stand if you need a snack. We had hot dogs and fries, but honestly they were not great, although they will do in a pinch.

This is a family owned and operated farm, my family has been loyal patrons for 9 years(went for the first time when my now 13 year old was in Kindergarten). We started out just going for the Fall festivities: hayride, petting zoo, corn maze, and pumpkin patch. We decided a few years ago to do a live tree and an artificial tree for Christmas, so we went to TLV to cut down our own, they also had Girl Scouts selling hot cider, hot chocolate and other goodies. The big attraction is Santa and the beautiful antique sleigh he sits in while kids of all ages get pictures and tell Santa what they want for Christmas. Pictures with Santa are BYOC(otherwise FREE), unlike the mall where they are $ 30+. They also have other off season events like picking your own Strawberries and they raise beef, pork, lamb and chicken. Their meats are antibiotic free, hormone free, GMO free meat. The meat is inside the red barn where you pay for your items. They feel like a part of our family since we’ve been going there for so long, Santa comments on how big the boys how gotten over the course of the year and talks to like you are family.
