Terrible. My sister is the account manager and I am the account owner. She went in for upgrades, they said they would get waved all of the upgrade fees as well as the devices, ended up putting it on the bill, the guy said, well you signed and said good luck with the bill… then she left a comment on here they said someone would get back to her and no one has, the devices on the account do not work, you try to call or go into the store and no one will help. I’m really sick and tired of writing to Verizon all of the time. They are consistently terrible and really do not care about their customers. I am tired of having a problem with my bill every month.
