Chili’s

Three things:
1. It’s Chili’s.
2. You don’t have many bar options on this end of town, but the Chili’s bar is preferable to the Applebee’s bar.
3. See #1.

This is the worse restaurant I’ve been to. Avoid here at all cost. My food was undercooked and full of salt. The plate was dirty and id never come back.

The place look nice from our side and inside, but when you will see kitchen you will never want to eat there!!! Also, when I got my plate with food its was like they just through the food on plate, the plate was dirty and food didn’t look nice and it had no taste!!! I would never, ever go there!!!

Food is good but very overpriced. Staff is inattentive as I had an order for pickup at 4:45 pm. I got there at 4:50. Waited 10 – 15 minutes after they swiped my card to see anyone again. What is the word when it comes to service? PAY ATTENTION! Also those on diets like i am might find themselves better fed at home.

This place is terrible! In a world where we are surrounded by chain restaurants you would think they’d try to do the little bit extra to earn customers but no. Treat them poorly and leave them with a feeling to never return

Ok ordered ahead. Went to to go station which said go to bar. Two people passed us (one was manager) never acknowledged or even asked if we would like a drink. 5 min later new bartender came out and asked if she could help. Went to computer and handed us a slip. Never said how long or gee would you like something? Then on receipt it gives u suggested gratuity… NOT. Another woman put stuff on bar after 5 min They forgot celery and had to ask for it… no napkins-​skip this place! Oh BTW got the wings hope 5 min away and they weren’t hot and they were in separate containers and they were done differently even though I ordered them same!

Like any other Chilis, except there was no TVs in the area we were sitting. There is wifi available, which is very good. We ordered and received our food in a good amount of time, but it still tasted good. 4 stars for being a Chilis, would of given 5 stars if there were more TVs.

Good service. Try to sit away from doors. join their online club and receive a coupon for free chips and very good guacamole prepared Tableside.

My husband and I ordered Chilis to go tonight and our meals left a great deal to be desired. My burger was raw in the middle. I ate just the edges and left the rest. My French fries weren’t cooked and were crunchy in an undercooked way. My Cesar salad was great though. My husband had better luck with his chicken crispers. His potato wedges were undercooked and not at all tasty. We were disappointed… We have had several meals in the past that weren’t as bad as tonight.

great service last night despite the holiday season.
food was mediocre to say the least
corn on the cob came out ice cold!
chicken crispers looked like they were the scrap left overs from the bottom of the bag.
burger was still bleeding (we ordered Med Well)
only reason for a 3 was the young lady and her attentive trainee & they had call ahead to hold a spot for us

We continue to have a bad experience each time we come here, but we always hope that it will get better. In fact, it seems to get worse with each consecutive visit.
We came with our kids, hoping to get something quickly. The waiter seemed distracted and it took a while for him to get the drinks out, but the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy. He disappeared for a bit and then a young lady came to take our order. We’d assumed he was overwhelmed and had passed our table off to her. 5 minutes after she took the order, the waiter returned wanting to take the order.
As part of our order, we had ordered some chips and salsa as an appetizer for the kids to snack on while waiting for their dinner. After 15 minutes, the waiter came to ask us if we wanted some chips to snack on while we were waiting for our dinner.
«We ordered some», my wife said.
«Oh, you did?» He hurried off and came back in less than 30 seconds with chips and salsa –I guess there is zero communication in this place amongst the employees.
In the meantime, the table next to us had gotten up and left, and the table behind us were complaining about some of their food being cold. By this time, my wife and I just wanted the food out so that we could eat and leave.
Once it came out, my son’s pizza was burned. The rest of the food was okay. I was just too aggravated to care.
Honestly, had I not been so completely drained by the experience I would have complained, but I didn’t have it in me. Besides, the manager was tied up with the guy behind me whose card they had charged twice for their substandard meal.
«How was your dinner?» I asked him, when the waiter was discussing the situation to the manager, knowing the answer already. I’d overheard their valid complaints throughout the meal.
«Terrible» he laughed, and then explained the credit card debacle he was in the middle of. He kept looking from one receipt to the next, baffled, although it is was now up to him to figure out why they had done this to him.
«They charged me twice for two different amounts» he continued.
His wife and children had left to go outside to wait for him while he paid. Eventually, after expressing his concerns about his credit card needing to be credited for the second charge correctly, he followed the waiter and manager over to place where they swiped the cards because he wanted to make sure they were doing it as he needed it done.
We will not be returning to this restaurant. When it first opened, it was good. It seemed like the staff cared. Now, it’s just people trying to get through their shift, but there is no care about the food that they’re putting out. That’s evident. Save your money and save yourself the aggravation and find yourself somewhere else to eat.

Our dining experience at chili’s was great and we enjoyed it a lot. We had the triple dipper appetizers. The only bad thing is that the boneless chicken wings were not exactly boneless. Otherwise it was still very good. The service was fast and friendly. We were seated quickly and the food came fast. We were pleased with our dining experience.

My husband and I used to enjoy dining at this Chili’s when in the upstate NY area. The service was always friendly and the food consistently good. I’m disappointed to say that overall cleanliness and food quality has decreased.
Visited this past weekend. Restaurant was quite busy, even after 8 pm. Hostess seated us in bar area (by seated, I mean she simply said pick a table as long as it’s clean). That seemed to be the problem. There were several empty tables that needed cleaning and the restaurant itself seemed to have a slight odor (like that of spilled beverages that have been sitting a while).
We were promply greeted by our server, who was friendly and efficient. My husband ordered Southwest Chicken Soup and the full rack of ribs. It seems the recipe changed a bit on the soup, but he enjoyed it nevertheless. The ribs arrived but did not include a basket for the bones, nor wipes for cleaning your hands. this was always provided in the past. I ordered the Spicy Shrimp Tacos (because I was disappointed to leanr that the Mango Chile Tilapia I loved was no longer on the menu). The tacos appeared to have been haphazardly thrown on the plate with the rice and beans an an afterthought. It was messy upon it’s arrival at the table. The shrimp in the tacos were noticable smaller and less plentiful. They tacos also were not topped with avocado, as they had been in the past. What I found most annoying was the fact that each taco differed in taste. One was incredibly HOT — overloaded with jalapeño and lacking in shrimp. Another was dripping in some kind of sauce (again, not the usual sauce/​dressing that was used in the past) and the final taco I had seemed to be just right in flavor, but lacking in any real shrimp. Seems I paid for spicy coleslaw in a soft taco!
Chili’s Glenmont — I’m sorry to say I am giving up on you. Will be visiting the nearby Applebee’s instead…

There are better Chili’s to go to.

Awful. Possibly the worst service ever. Our soft pretzels were great but that’s as far as we got because they literally never came back to take our order. Also we were 2 of 8 people in the entire place.

This place is terrible. As someone in the industry nothing annoys me more than an empty and a bartender standing around doing nothing with his back turned to the 4 people in the place. We kept trying to get his attention to order some quick apps and it took forever to get his attention and then when we did get the food he never set us up with plates or silver and he didn’t even ask how anything was! We rarely eat at chain restaurants and this is exactly why, I’d rather drive over to wolf rd if I had to have chills.

This has to be the worst restaurant I have ever been to. The service sucks and the food is nasty.
