Ok. Good was tasty, fresh cilantro in salsa gives it the third star. Visit this evening with my two daughters, the ladies working there were nice, the guy was a bit abrasive to the other employees(example, when I asked the lady at the register to out all three burritos in the same bag he kept telling her not to even though I asked that they do. What’s the big deal?). I realize we went at dinner time but the place could have been a bit cleaner. Overall I would probably still visit here before Moes across the street because of the salsa.

We live about a mile from the place and visit it often. The food is very good, the service is fast, and the prices are reasonable. It is far better than the Moe’s that opened across the street, but, alas, it looks like Harry’s business has dropped off.

I tried this spot out a few times over the past year — now that Moe’s is open right across I am not sure how long before this place closes. I only tried the tacos and the nachos. The chicken and beef were both dry and tasteless. However, what really got me was the slight taste of fabric softener in the taco shell and nachos. This place is right next door to a laundromat :-(

I eat here sometimes. The food is always fresh and good. The place is clean. My only issue is charging extra for sour cream and guac. It really brings the price of lunch out of my range so I can only go there occasionally. Shouldn’t these be standard ingredients on a burrito? Looking forward to Moe’s opening where everything is included in the price you see on the menu.

Saw mixed reviews but I took a chance. Very pleased that I did. HUGE portions fresh ingredients. I got the enchilada style burrito. Chips and salsa were good. Salsa was definitely fresh, but lacked a little seasoning delicious hand cut tomato, cilantro though. Authentic white sauce, good black beans(not from a can). Fast efficient service. Impressed.

Good for what it is. Counter service nothing fancy. Portions are huge prices are affordable. The place itself is very clean. The food is pretty good. I had a burrito it was a bit bland but you can spice things up at there condiment bar. Planning on returning the next time we are in the area.

I went there once when it first opened. I was very unimpressed with the food. My quesadilla was cold and very plain. I visited the self serve salsa bar and found fruit flies(which cause stomach problems) all over the bar. I refused to bring any of it home. Who wants to get sick! I have not been back even though I live near its glenmont location. Hate giving it one star even…

Very upset! Went there last night, in the midst of my burrito being prepared the girl serving me stopped, and ran around the counter to hug someone who just walked through the door. She stood there talking for about 15 minutes while my half made burrito stayed on the counter. When she finally returned to making my dinner she didn’t wash her hands or change gloves. When I finally paid for my food and left, I discovered that it was ice cold. I called and asked to speak with a manager and the girl who prepared my food answered and told me the manager was busy, I told her I was upset about my service and she told me She didn’t really care… It was her last night anyways. That’ll be the last time I go there. It’s upsetting because I really do like the food.

Kudos to Hot Harry’s for fixing their issues. Service is efficient and very friendly. The food is good, the only issue is that the meats seem like they sit around a long time and loose their flavor and texture a bit. Perhaps they should make smaller batches? Still, good neighborhood spot for a quick gut bomb!

Hot Harry’s is a delicious competitor in its market niche. The food is always exceptionally fresh and lives up to the«scratch-made» claims the restaurant makes. I’ve tried burritos, quesadillas, and various chip/salsa/queso combos. You wouldn’t think that something as simple as chips could make a difference, but Hot Harry’s offers generous portions of thin, crispy chips– the best around. We’ve also been generally impressed with the service. Hot Harry’s is definitely one of our go-to options for busy nights, and we haven’t been disappointed yet. If you haven’t stopped in yet, it’s certainly worth a try. Glad to have them in the neighborhood.

Meh… I have been there 3 times now. Staff seems more comfortable talking to themselves than understanding order. No cheese, got cheese, I asked does hot sauce have liquid smoke in it? What’s liquid smoke, by the way it does. For here or to go, to go! Received a dining in basket. Owner was the person waiting on me. Serving dishes of salsa were empty. Where’s the love? Feels like a cafeteria transaction.

Hot Harry’s just opened a week or so ago and is already doing a brisk lunch hour. Food is fresh and made in front of you(like Subway). Cost is a little high for this kind of food. My son and I went for lunch– 2 burritos(comes with chips) and 2 drinks $ 20. Staff is new, but working hard to please. I’m sure we’ll be back. Several people in line commented that they were glad they moved into town. I’d agree. Welcome!
