The selection of wines and liquors is actually fairly low-end, average at best. There is zero customer service and they are«a surely bunch». Could not agree more! I find the prices to be on the higher side actually. Overall, the place is dump. Shop elsewhere!

Let’s play a game: «Reasons Why I Will Not Be Returning To Mayone’s, Ever…» — multiple choice: A) Upon entering redhead behind counter scowls at you. B) It’s Friday evening around 5pm — a prime time for liquor stores — yet I am wandering around the wine aisles aimlessly looking for a particular bottle and there are no employees in sight. C) Their bourbon selection. D) After not being able to find something for 10 minutes, finally approaching the counter and asking the previously mentioned redheaded clerk if they have it, she responds with«What? Never heard of it.» Doesn’t even bother checking, or asking if they can order it for me. E) Even after buying something, employees treat you like you are scum of earth. F) All-of-the-above If you chose F), you are a winner! Thanks for playing!

I concur with the first reviewer. Everything he said is right on the mark. Although they have a nice selection of wine, the checkout process is always completely non-verbal and I always leave feeling weirdly guilty for no particular reason. Probably because the employees give you the«stink eye». Go to the store in the CVS Plaza… I leave there feeling guilty too but that’s only because I always park in the fire lane.

Pretty good prices and selection — but don’t go there looking for pleasant customer service. They are a surly lot who will smirk and scowl as you fork over your cash. You’d be better off going over to Wine Reserve near the CVS; those are really nice people who will help you find what you need
