This guy was so obnoxious when he came to our house to give us an estimate of services. His staff are pleasant but even they complained that he has some sort of Napoleonic complex and has to be rude to everyone just to show off. He told us we had termite damage and needed a lot of work but after getting two other opinions found out it was only very minor damage from a woodpecker. It was easily repaired and saved us from a large ongoing expense. I would recommend Modern over this guy, any time.

I’ve been using them this year for my pest needs and they’ve done right by me so far.
They responded to an emergency call within 24 hours. I called and left a message on a Sunday, they came out Monday morning.
