Monro Muffler Brake & Service

I hate to give businesses bad reviews, but I went here in the summer for my inspection. I had an appointment for first thing in the morning, but still waited over an hour and a half for them to bring my car into the garage. I was willing to overlook this and assume that they were unexpectedly busy. After a total of 3 hours of waiting, they told me that my brake light was out and would need to be replaced right then for about $ 40, or else it would fail and I would need to come back and pay for a second inspection (about $ 100). I doubt that my light was actually out, since I had driven in a group the night before with people following me and had a police officer driving behind me on the way there. Even if it was, charging that much to replace a light during an inspection seems like an easy way to make a buck. Unfortunately I won’t be returning.

Went in to get an oil change, left and now my steering is all messed up. This place sucks, worst service, worst employees. Stay far away from this dump.
