I was very dissapointed in the lack of professionalism that my husband and I were shown. We had 2 or 3 meetings with the landscaper and he even brought in a subcontractor for a sprinkler system and told us he would get back to us with our quote/​estimate. Mind you we had a big project that would have spanned out to several years of work. Needless to say he never called us back with the quote so 4 weeks later we called him and he basically said I won’t have time for you guys this summer. Which is fine but if we never called him he would have never called us back. Not very professional if you ask me.
