I love the look of the place, and unfortunately for me the warm fuzzes stop there. I have tried this place many times. The wait is incredibly long(and I don’t mean because they are busy), the staff is not knowledgeable and the product is inconsistent depending on which poorly displayed team member decides to look up from their phone to assist you. The food is average at best and the preparation times are insanely long for an in and out coffee place on your morning commute to work. I had better hopes and still continue to hold out on prayer that it will get better. The location, the layout and the look of the place is too good to be wasted.

Great place to meet friends. Lots seating with lounge areas with couches. Also more quiet, secluded room. Little pricy, but the coffees are tasty and staff is friendly. I have visited several times and the last time it seems there was an issue with the kitchen — several people were arguing and waiting for food, a pizza was burnt and had to be remade, and my grilled cheese was cold on the inside and cheese was not melted. I would recommend for coffee and quick bakery bites from the case. Live music nights which adds a fun element and lots of local artwork displayed.

I used to go here all the time and I have noticed a huge decline in quality and customer service. Every time I go it seems there are new employees, service is slow, employees are rude, and the food gets worse every time. I have even overheard arguments between the people work there and watched unprofessional behavior such as employees talking amongst themselves about inappropriate things and ignoring customers. Like I said used to be a cool place but just not worth the price.

My sister and I stopped on here for the first time on Saturday just to grab a bite to eat. The atmosphere was relaxing to me with the paintings on the walls and the live music that was playing. The man who sang and played the guitar there was very good and we ended up staying until close. The food was very good and service was quite fast and friendly! I would definitely recommend coming here to eat and listen to some music. We will be back even though we live a hour away.

Wonderful fast and friendly service. Delicious coffee and a varied menu. I love that you can order breakfast all day. I had a delicious made to order omelet. Service was quick even though they were busy. The interior is bright and hip with floor to ceiling windows along the front which open for fresh air and an outdoor feel in the nice weather. Exposed brick walls with local artwork adds to the charm and hip feeling. We enjoyed live music during our relaxed Sunday brunch. This place is a true gem!

I just moved to the area and I’ve been eating here fairly often. The food and coffee are both really good. I like the atmosphere. The service is painfully slow, almost enough to deter me from returning, but I go back anyway. I hope they improve, maybe they need a second register?

Cashier by pastry display unaware of what an apple turnover is. Utterly mystified. Unaware of availability of a bottled beverage clearly visible in the front row of the cooler. Perhaps train the staff before putting them to work? Just an idea. Seems to work for other places. Apple turnover underfilled and dry as a desert. Almost no cream cheese on my bagel. Two stars, one of them for the air conditioning working on a 90 degree day. Maybe the coffee is good, but I never touch the stuff. The food at Rock Hill Café is easily five times the quality, same for the service.

Good coffee, nice environment for eating with a few other people or reading/working for a few hours. I had a grilled cheese sandwich that was very good. Plenty of tables and pleasant light from the large windows.

Good coffee bad service. The cold brew is quality but also was served in 90% full cup of ice and very little coffee. They were noncommunicative and sort of stared at us like it was weird we were trying to make an order.

I was visiting in Glens Falls for 2 days and came to SPoT both mornings for breakfast! That good :) it’s a cute and casual little spot, order at the counter and pick up your food when you’re called. The atmosphere is definitely nice, perfect for breakfast or lunch. The only negative is that the food is a bit slow, we waited a half hour both mornings. But it was totally worth it! The omelettes are stuffed and cheesey — I like that you can get it with toast, or bagel, or muffin, etc, lots of choices! I’ll certainly be coming back to SPoT on my next Glens Falls visit!

Great spot to meet a friend in downtown Glens Falls but the service is s l o w and not particularly friendly. I’m not a fan of their coffee either as its horribly bitter despite what I’ve done to tone it down. I thought that was just me but friends have said they dislike the coffee too for the same reason. There are better coffee spots downtown with superb coffee.

At long last a real latte is available in the area! TBH their latte is just as good as some of my favorite spots in Boston, it’s top notch. The food is great too and the staff rock. No the dude is not affiliated with them. Seal of approval is given! Dump your crumby starbucks and DD lattes and coffee, this place is the real deal
