I have used Jim for years. Those bad reviews must be from a competitor. My elderly friend had a pantry bug infestation. Jim came twice to her house before he could spray due to prep work that needed done. We finally followed all his instructions and were ready the third time he came. He was patient and very kind to her. Plus he didn’t charge her for coming the first two times! His price was very reasonable. He has worked for several people in my neighborhood. He is efficient and professional. I would highly recommend him.
