Dunkins are Dunkins. I think the only plus side to this one is that it may be one of the very few that still has a Baskin in it. My only issue with this joint was the lady at the counter who was incredibly rude. Now, I don’t order anything difficult. Screw lattes and all that other bull honkey, I get coffee. Sometimes coffee with a flavor. Sometimes coffee with a turbo shot. No other Dunkin ever has a problem with me saying, «extra large hot caramel turbo, just cream.» Even if they do, I don’t mind repeating myself. That’s all good, but that woman was a huge ass to me for someone reason. I think I might have been on «large» when loudly told me to wait, that I was saying too much. What? Her demeanor was terrible and she was coming off as that I was bothering her greatly. Coffee was hot though.

I came in here looking for ice cream. Which they serve. My husband asked for some soft serve and they said they were out. The women behind the counter who probably thought she was being funny by telling everyone«No» when they tried to order. Was really just being annoying and rude. Top this with not having a key ice cream product when half your story is an ice cream store is ridiculous.

OK, it’s a Dunkin Donuts. But it is a CLEAN Dunkin Donuts. The service is fairly quick. The only real issue is that, for whatever reason, Plain Black Tea is something no one understands. this morning it took me five minutes to get tea because they asked me if I wanted about 10 different things in it. No, I want PLAINTEA! But my bagel was awesome and I did get my tea. I was all in all, satisfied!

I always have the worst experiences at this dunkin! I have to go way out of my way to avoid going to this one. My husband and I both ordered the same drink and his wasn’t correct. We politely just said his was also a pumpkin iced coffee. The woman behind the counter just added it… No big deal at all. The guy with the tattoos on his arm(didn’t catch his name,) came running in to parking lot yelling at us saying we ordered wrong(not sure how we ordered wring when we ordered two of the exact same thing and mine was correct.) we are the customers and you messed up the ordered and we were very polite but you come to the parking lot to yell at us!?! Completely embarrassing and unprofessional!

This is one of the few Dunkin’ Donuts that I will go to. They may have changed hands over the years because it is not a bad place. It is clean inside and the staff is friendly. My sandwich is always cooked properly and the iced latte is always good.

This dunkin donuts is ok. It’s just like every other one except it doesn’t have a drive thru.

The experience I had at this Dunkin Donuts reminds me why I should not eat junk food or just be «bad» by getting a treat for myself. I passed this place and thought maybe I should treat myself to a nice icy-coffee-sugary something, so I circled the block and went in. The one worker behind the counter was on his cell phone and didn’t acknowledge my existence, but luckily a very nice woman appeared to help me. She actually knew the difference between all the icy-coffee drinks but unfortunately did not know how to make them. I asked for the coffee Coolata and ended up with a half melted soupy drink, not the frosty slushy kind of thing I expected. I was too distracted by the old sick lady customer next to me and the store owner that barged in and started helping herself to donuts(very un-pro in my view), to complain so I paid and got the hell out. Serves me right for trying to treat myself!
