Keystone Glass Block

I called Keystone Glass Block, spoke with Gene, the owner, on Thursday about getting a block window in my basement. The window I had was just glass & big. I felt someone could brake in through that window. Gene understood my concern for more security. He sent someone out that same day to measure my window. The window was made & on Monday two men came out to install the window. My experience with some contractors not great (well, just call me back). I was amazed Gene called me back the same day, had someone out same day to measure. The block window looks great & I feel much safer now. Gene was so easy to talk with & was very informative.
