The staff is actually really friendly and nice. The ladies in the office are such loves and so helpful setting up payment.
Dr. Schiff, however, took one look into my mouth and said «drill, baby, drill,» and essentially gutted three of my teeth with known cavities that hadn’t grown in 3 years. It was horrifying; no bedside manner. They left me alone with gaping holes in my teeth when I was getting the fillings and I felt that a) I was not cared for at all b) I should have gotten a second opinion before getting work done and c) this was a dentist in it for the money.
I came in to have my mouthgaurd looked at because it had chipped (reluctantly, for I had switched dentists since having it made) and they immediately set me up to do a cleaning? maybe? even though I repeated 5 times to multiple staff members that I just visited the dentist last week.
I made it clear I didn’t need an appointment. They made it clear they were just trying to make a buck.
My mom has ok luck with them, but she needs to be rather forceful about what she wants.

Almost killed me don’t go there. Don’t want to elaborate but it’s a sad statement about a place I thought I could trust. They dropped the ball and I suffer as a result.
