Dr Weidig does an excellent job explaining things to me and answering my many questions. He was able to help me get an accurate prescription for my glasses, however he still uses the manual way of asking if this is better or worse to get my prescription. Other offices have upgraded to the machine with the hot air balloon to get it within seconds. He is the reason i keep coming back though. However, the lady at the front desk can be short and sort of nasty at times. She also doesn’t seem to have a handle on technology especially when asking for a copy of my prescription to be printed out. She was able to book my appointments very quickly though and I didn’t wait long at all to see Dr. Weidig. The salesman (forgot his name) is probably my least liked person there as he is basically a car salesman who didn’t really help me find a pair of glasses I liked. I just wondered aimlessly until I found a pair. Their selection is very outdated and very expensive. You will be better off ordering glasses online or through another service. Overall if all you care about is the doctor, then I recommend this place, but if you want the whole package then keep looking.

I have been with this eye doctor a short time… over a year and a half. The office staff is always helpful and very pleasant. I would recommend this office to anyone. I already have.
So thankful to be able to see again. lol

I just moved to Glenside and needed to find an eye doctor. Dr. Weidig and his office staff were able to fit me in for an appointment very quickly. They were very friendly and professional. Dr. Weidig took the time to explain each process of the eye exam and go over different contact options. I would definitely recommend this office!
