We struggled a bit wtih the decision of what to do with our little boy once my mother coudln’t be around any longer to care for him. He started at 6 months of age, is now 15 months old and I cannot explain what a relief I feel to see him happy to go in and rushing to hug his teachers when we go get him. He’s been developing wonderfully and sometimes it is loud, which prevents him from sleeping as well as at home, but we can tell he has a good time. He loves the gazebo and fish pond, runs all over the place, has great disposition, very social — although shy at first -, and everyone there loves him. The daily report is detailed, diapers are changed often, he eats really well there and the staff is always available to talk to me, give me details of his day and attentive to minor details that could go unnoticed. I also was very lucky that I did not have to get in a long wait list, as they had a spot just when we needed him to start. The peace of mind knowing my son is in good hands is certainly worth the price.

I have sent both of my children to Crème de la Crème for years and I’m still dissapointed. For the price, I think my children could be at a more innovative and organized place. In the years, my children have attended Crème, I have pulled them out time to time to attend another place because I would get that frustrated. The best place my children ever attended was the Bright Horizons at the Allstate Campus. Don’t let the water area and colorful lobby fool you. The place is a mad house and I find children sitting around in the rooms aimlessly with the teachers in their own world at times. It’s better than some random privately owned facilitiy or a kindercare but I urge you to keep looking.

Crème has a wonderful loving staff who truly cares about the children they work with. They foster social skills in children and foster academic skills as well. My older son started at Crème as an infant and he is now so social with both other children and adults. He learned so much and was given many opportunities to learn at his own level so he was ready for public school. He was excited to go to Crème every day and it was often very challenging to get him to leave by the end of the day. He loved having Spanish, art, music, movement, and gym time. My other son, an infant, has just started at Crème and is already so happy. He feels so loved and the infant teachers have such a way with the infants. They are very nurturing, have high energy levels, are very creative(they do art projects!), and overall just genuinely kind and loving people. The administration is always readily available to answer questions and help when needed. The cost of tuition is quite high, which is a negative, but truly you get what you pay for. What I have seen from my older son and already from my infant it truly is worth the money.

I sent multiple email requests for more information and specifics on their waitlist and received responses(from multiple people) with just a phone number to call to schedule a tour without ever addressing my questions.
