This store is so full of amazing things to buy! The employees and owner are so friendly, say hello every time you walk in the door and always offer to free your hands up by putting your selected items into a dressing room. They answer any and all questions with a smile on their face and are never on the phone, the only time I have heard them on the phone is when they are scheduling appointments. They cater to their customers and are genuinely interested in making their shopping experience the best that it can be. All of their handbags, clothing, and shoes are screened thoroughly and are researched to ensure the authenticity of their items.

This place is interesting but the buck stops there. It has a lot to look at but nothing to really buy. It’s very pricey for a consignment shop and offers a limited selection in sizes and style. The owner never says hello and usually is on her cell phone. She never offers help and I normally walk in with friends so I can try to give her business but we never buy anything. There are fake couture bags here that you’ll catch once in a while, but do not purchase– they are horrible quality. I bought one once and it lasted 4 days before it ripped in half. Save your money– go to the consignment shops in Oak Park or even the one in Winnetka– so much better than anything you’ll ever find here. I’ve bought Kate Spade bags and shoes in Winnetka that are completely unused/never been worn for under 30 dollars– here she tries to sell them at over 100⁄150. The old owners were much better– but when she bought it, it turned into a swamp.
