I have been going to this D&D since it opened. It’s been of my usual routine as I drive to work. I’m done. Mgmt switched over two months ago and it’s been all downhill since. This place is an absolute disaster. The Mgr and his staff are rude to customers. To make it worse, they yell at each other while getting orders together. Forget going Sat & Sun, as you’ll now wait 15 mins for a small plain coffee. Not sure what happened, however the previous Mgr(woman) had it figured out and ran a very professional operation. Save yourself the time and frustration and go two blocks up to Glenview Grind.

When you order food and try to be as clear as possible and the cashier just stares at you with a rude face to the point where you end up walking out — I can’t give a high rating. Also, when I do order, there bagels are sometimes too burnt on edges or meat on sandwiches aren’t cooked all the way.

I waited 15 – 20 mins for the bathroom for the employee to use the restroom. The lady at the cashier told him to get out but he took a generous 5 minutes more. I was annoyed by this but I still love their donuts.

This location has the best service from all the Dunkins I’ve ever been too. I spoke to the manager Azam, who is really down to earth, easy going person. The employees are excellent. The restrooms are clean, i come here to use it because they are cleaner then the libraries. The dunkin is located close to the library so i head over usually when I’m done studying. It is also close to metra, so people can make a quick stop before they head out. I’m a regular customer now.

this Dunkin Donuts is new but has the best service in the Glenview/Morton Grove/Niles area. I prefer this store over the one down the road on Waukegan because of excellent customer service. The management here is great and the store is extra clean. The manager is outstanding and really cares for her customers and tries her best to give quality customer service. It’s a nice homey environment and I like the holiday decorations they put up during the different seasons. It’s also in a great location and convenient for anyone traveling to I-94 or using the Metra Train station. Parking is easy, right outside the store.
