His office sent me a notice in error to come in to be seen. Rather than send me home, Dr Friend looked at my shoes and had me walk in the hallway to see if there were any problems. There weren’t but he still charged me. He has a trial and error approach rather than actually diagnosing. All that guess work costs the patient money which ensures Dr Friend good return on minimal effort.

I have used all the doctors in this practice over the last 5 years for a wide range of problems including plantars fascitis, fungus, ingrown nails, and some very rare diseases of the foot and ankle. They can always fit you in for an emergency, they keep within 5 minutes of the set appointment time, and most importantly they FIX the problem. Since they are so good at their practice even the most painful cortisone shot in a tiny toe joint does not hurt the way it does elsewhere. Incredibly good at diagnosis also.
