I’ve been using J J for over a year now on an every other week basis, and I have to say that the service I receive is always the best. They have fixed coats for me, made repairs to pants for me, and have done an amazing job with my shirts. I have invested about $ 2,000 into my shirts and slacks, so it’s really important that that investment last and be treated well. I have never had any issue with my shirt condition, pressing, shrinkage — it’s all been perfect and perfect for a long time at an amazing price. I drive twenty minutes from Harwood Heights to here because these are the people I trust with my linens.

I would give zero stars if I could. This lady up front is not so smart. I was picking up something my mother in law dropped off and I give her all the pick up info and she accuses me of trying to steal my sons suit. She then calls my mother in law and she tells her to release the suit to me. She still is un sure! Seriously lady, I’m gonna steal a baby’s baptismal suit. ITS MY SONS!!! Sell your business you suck

I agree with Marany! I would not recommend this Dry Cleaner to anyone. I had one too many bad experiences with this place, the last time she switched my dry cleaning with someone elses and on top of it all was very rude to me. Very poor customer service skills. I am in desperate need in finding a new Dry Cleaners in Glenview becuase I will NEVER go back to J J!
