Jory A Natkin, DO

We recently moved from Texas to Illinois. Our child’s new pediatrician recommended Dr. Natkin as my husband’s and my family new doctor. Two months ago, I called to establish our patient files by providing our address, contact info, and insurance information. I requested our files be transferred from our Texas doctor. I visited Dr. Natkin’s office three weeks ago to get a flu shot. Today, I received a voice mail from an extremely rude woman, with a heavy accent, from Dr. Natkin’s office. She said, «I don’t know why you’re calling us when you’re not a patient here.» –So unprofessional. I called Dr. Natkin’s office to remind them that I jumped through hoops to become his patient, but that I haven no desire to be associated with such a rude practice.

Dr Natkin is great. My HMO randomly assigned me to him in 1999, and I’ve never looked back!
