I called this guy, Adrian on a referral from my contractor. We are remodling our basement and had 13 years of stuff to haul away. Set an appointment for a Saturday for a 9 – 11 window. I then called right back, spoke with same guy and we pushed back the pick up time till Monday between 4 – 6.(we went quite ready) 2 young guys showed up at 1:30PM on Saturday.(late and wrong day). They said they would come back on the scheduled time, between 4 – 6 on Monday. I made arrangements with my work to leave early. I got a call on Monday at 2:00PM. They were on the way and I need to be at my house at 2:30. I got there at 3:00(leaving my office early). 2 different young guys. FILTHY. I know what they do is dirty work but I am serious. They were filthy. Stil they are coming into my home. They blocked our alley and were rude to people(my neighbors) who were trying to access the alley. I was quoted $ 100-$ 210 depending on quantity. They gave me prices all over the board from $ 250-$ 400. When I tried to call«Adrian» the kid that was at my house answered. He then agreed to $ 250. I was desperate and on a tight time line to get my basement cleaned out. I would not use them again and will not recommend to any friends.

I’m in the process of «de-cluttering» my mom’s house, and took a chance on JP. I had a really good experience. I had alot of stuff to move and the guys they sent were fast and professional. The only drawback was that they were about 45 minutes late. Other than that, I plan on using them again in the spring.

Terrible Terrible Terrible. They’ll waste your time and then act incredulous when you tell them so. Had an appointment, called to confirm said appointment. When the appointments time passed, I called and was told the truck they were going to send was broken. «Maybe tomorrow» I was told. A phone called would have solved the whole problem. Furthermore, they have several numbers listed on Craigslist and advertise under several different companies. If you find yourself on the phone with a guy named Pete, hang up and call someone else.
