I was originally very pleased with this company and the workmen they sent to my house. However, after the work was finished, I discovered a bunch of problems with my 1950’s parquet floor. I attached pictures of the issues and contacted them repeatedly to come and fix them, because we had already paid in full for the work, which was not cheap. Alas, they never came and fixed the problems, which all seemed easy to take care of at the time. Now the problems have worsened due to not being fixed right away. Huge disappointment. It is such a gorgeous vintage floor and could be close to perfect.
