I love this place! I rent an office suite from them and storage units as well. The staff is super friendly and nice. It’s always clean, quiet, and they are really good about accommodating me when needed. If you’re looking for an office or storage, this is definitely the place to go!

Friendly staff, but unfortunately I have had repeated issues with them billing me incorrectly which eats up my personal time with no compensation. They also locked me out of the storage facility when I was supposed to be able to move in with a code and left me in the middle of the night with a truck full of things and two movers I was paying by the an hour. I asked for a refund to cover this loss but was told I’d only get half of what I lost due to their mistake, which it seems they didn’t credit to my account but actually charged me on top of the fees I am supposed to pay. This means another phone call and several more weeks for them to fix a minor problem that they caused.
The storage area has automatic lights that go off and leave you in the dark. There is no lighting inside of the unit either so it’s very hard to see much. There is only one elevator and it’s hard to maneuver in there; it’s also slow.
