The instructors are all amazing and will customize your experience to fit your individual needs. Anyone, regardless of age, condition, or experience level will benefit from their care and guidance. I have been a customer of instructor Noël for over 7 years. She has expertly guided me to a level of fitness I had not thought possible. Without a doubt my Pilates experience at re: fit is top notch. I have no more low back pain, my original reason for walking in their door. I consider re: fit one of the best businesses in Glenview.

I have been going to re: fit for years for Pilates and Gyrotonics. I cannot say enough good things about my instructor, Gretchen. When I started going to see her, I had occasional back pain stemming from an old injury and from bad posture. Gretchen helped me strengthen my back, and the Gyrotonics in particular helped me recognize when I was falling into a bad habit, like hunching up my shoulders while sitting in front of my laptop. Today, I am pain free.
The whole environment at re: fit is wonderful. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. You feel the presence of a warm and supportive community the moment you walk in the door. They also have a number of alternative health services available, and I’ve been extremely happy with every service I tried. This business has my highest recommendation.
