The manager is rude. I shipped my luggage and they damaged it. This store lost my luggage and refused to pay me for a replacement. Horrible customer service. I would avoid this store at all costs and go to another ups store

They did a great job packing and shipping my stuff. When I found out how expensive it was to ship this large painting, they packed it up for me so I could check it in as luggage on my flight back to California. I’m glad they didn’t try to upsell me on anything. Everything went well so I’m a happy customer.

I just wanted to share a general observation when I visited this UPS location yesterday. The store was empty and the service was prompt; however, the store smelled strongly like someone had been smoking indoors. Also, the person at the register was dealing with customers while a large candy wrapper hung from his mouth(as he continued to eat his Jolly-Rancher type candy). I also did not see my items actually boxed which gave me some concern that all items would make it to the final destination. I emailed UPS this information so they know how their brand is being represented but their reply was that all stores are independently owned and to contact the store manager. I’m a little surprised UPS is not more concerned about their image!
