After dealing with the rude and obnoxious people at the Glen, Niles, and up in Northbrook, I gave these guys a shot. I had the best customer service I’ve ever had here. They helped solve my issues, helped me figure out the best phone for my needs, and saved me money on my account all at the same time! I’ve had a friend who ordered a phone online and they had a terrible pain in the neck experience, so I told her to go here, and she also got set up very nicely. Never will I go to those other locations where they make you wait for hours, where as this place had someone available to help me right away. Plus, they have chairs for other people incase they have to wait. I also recently purchased an iPad from this location, and they did me a great favor by getting me set up, where at even apple, they didn’t do much to set me up. These guys are the best and have more patience than I could ever have myself. Do yourself a favor and go straight to these guys. Don’t even bother looking anywhere else in the area. I live in downtown Chicago now, but I travel all the way here just for their service and expertise.
