The service was super fast but the food was not fresh and it was cold I wouldn’t recommend this this place to anyone stay far far far away

I’ve been coming here for over a decade and they’ve never gotten my orders wrong in the drive thru or at the café. The service is speedy. Just one thing though, the food is usually a hit or miss when it comes to freshness. I’ve gotten burgers or chicken nuggets that’s dry or has been sitting around. Other than that I like coming to this location.

I can’t really complain about this Wendy’s. The drive thru is quick and the food is good for the most part. I was given fries that were sitting out for awhile maybe like once or twice. The only complaint that I have is the dipping sauce; they seem to be hesitant to give you what you ask for. The food is getting pricey too. I’m hoping that this location will get renovated soon because it seems like every other Wendy’s is.

The food is decent, but I honestly cannot remember a time when they got my burger out correctly. There may have been a couple of times, so I don’t want to shortchange them. I have learned that I cannot go through the drive thru because the burger will most likely be screwed up. I usually go in during off peak hours, so I would think they could get it right. If you go here, double check your order for sure.

I’ve visited this location many times since its very close to my job. The service is always super FAST in the drive thru so if you’re in a rush, this is a good option! The food is always HOT and FRESH! I’ve never had an issue.

Haven’t been in a Wendy’s for a long time. I was pleasantly surprised! Friendly staff and, for $ 6, a darned tasty chicken cob BLT salad!

No doubt the food is decent but the service here is horrible. This week I picked up food from the drive through thrice and all three times I was charged for the food and they were short on my order. It is bad when u have kids waiting at home for dinner and guess what, the foods not there in the packet. Today, I specially went inside, informed the lady at the counter about what happened, she not even once apologised. I gave my order and guess what.. u got it… again, I was missing two orders of chicken nuggets for my kids dinner. I called to let them know and the phone was given to a manager who said his name was Cleveland. Initially, he kept telling me that they didn’t charge me for the nuggets that’s why they were not there. After 3 mts he pulled up the bill and apologised and offered me 4 orders instead of two on my next visit. I’m sorry there will b no next visit at this location for sure. He did what a manager is suppose to do and he did it well. But I’m not let my kids sleep hungry another night becsuse of the poor management and service. Pls check your orders before you drive off…
