Still not disappointed. Very pleasant. Don’t compare it to chain hotels. I would say the widows need better locks (made me nervous) & attention to the webs & dusting around widows.

My father and I came for the College World Series + checked into this little joint.
There’s not much fancy about the place, but they have Internet access, cable and beds.
It’s definitely small town charm. And in the land of hotel chains and amenities, this place is a throwback. Still, the people are sweet. There’s a little restaurant across the street and a grocery store down the block. (Also: 1 mile from a YMCA and a park with a one-​mile run.)
