The service at the tire and lube is terrible. Indifferent to rude«service,» a malfunctioning system leaving people standing around doing nothing, and an unwillingness to perform any form of basic quality control. I will gladly pay more money to go elsewhere. Do NOT give this place your business.

This store is by far the worst Walmart I’ve been to. It is so dirty, messy and the service is terrible. Everything in this store is so clustered and it feels so cramped up. I don’t know how they don’t shut down this store. It seriously has some hygiene issues(don’t use their bathroom). This store needs to be completely gutted or move elsewhere.

This store is just like the one in Matteson and CChills they have different store policy then the walmart that are in major non black city when it comes to price matching. they have removed all the signs that talk about price matching so that their customers won’t know about it… I say when you go into these store get ready for very bad treatment and poor customer services.

I love this Walmart! They always have plenty of check out lanes open and it’s clean! I don’t like the one in Lansing!

The least-organized Walmart I’ve ever been to. Not only that, but the parking lot is a nightmare too. I feel like I’m the one doing the work when I go to look at stuff here. Half the time you’re looking for an everyday item, you have to dig through other things to find it. Long lines accompanied by worthless employees=bad business. It’s magical how there will be one or two checkout lanes open but 500 employees wandering the store aimlessly. There needs to be more strict managers otherwise this business will fail like every other one in this area. Sidenote, I hate when someone jumps in front of you in the express Lane with 50 items and the clerk doesn’t say anything! So annoying.

I don’t see the need to visit this store anymore until the quality of their product lines pick-up. The grocery hybrid seems to be a bigger draw now with several grocers, which this Wal-Mart location needs to attract more people. They will only earn my business if I am left with no other alternative.

How do I start… Dear Walmart of Glenwood, Every time I give you a chance you disappoint. Every. Time. The last time I went to your store before today, a drunk homeless person came into the stall next to mine in the women’s room and urinated on my foot. The customer service people found me some paper towels and a half-hearted apology, or why I go to Target now. But, it’s back– to-school time so I figured I’d try again. Rollbacks. Savings. Worth it? No. First we ate in the Subway restaurant in Walmart. The staff didn’t notice that A. There were ants all over the floor and B. A guy came in, put his mouth to the coke fountain, and drank. He left and laughed and screamed and pointed. It wasn’t until I told a staff person that she realized and cleaned off the Coke nozzle. Ick. It was not terribly busy but stuff was everywhere. Carts of items were blocking lots of aisles. Then I came across the second school supply aisle where 3 staff were«working.» Two were working and one was purposely blocking the aisle and being aggressive, speaking loudly about how Walmart didn’t pay her enough for all the work she was doing. I’m sorry about that, but making it difficult for me to get through the aisle because you don’t want to clean up after people is unprofessional and a little frightening. I went to the bathroom and found a price maker? Labeler? Whatever it was it looked like a blackberry and I suspect an unscrupulous person could have priced their way through Walmart and stolen a lot of money. When I turned it in, I didn’t even get a thank you. I felt as if it wasn’t even worth the effort. There was a group of super super helpful people in electronics who helped me pick our headphones for my daughter’s school. A tall gentleman and a lady in her 60’s maybe? super super super nice. Thank you people! Then we went to grab gym shoes and clothes. I found a very nice dress, the only one in my daughter’s size, but it had a serious snag. When I asked for a manager to ask for a discount, since I was taking a gamble on being able to repair the dress, it took 2 different times asking and about 15 minutes to get a person who could help. Tracey stated that she couldn’t give me more than a dollar off because she’d make more money damaging it out then if she sold it to me. So I left sans dress. Our cashier was really nice and we got super help from the optical department. They fixed my daughter’s frames. It wasn’t a totally useless trip. In summation, The low low prices aren’t worth it. I know why I go to Target. Sincerely yours, Leslie M.

This rating is specifically for the pharmacy INSIDE of Walmart: I absolutely hate this pharmacy with a passion. It takes a lot to upset me and I am usually very friendly and easy going but there is ALWAYS something wrong. They’re not on it at all and I’m sometimes willing to drive the distance to Country Club Hills just to avoid this unorganized pharmacy. They’re TERRIBLE at timing. Always saying that this prescription is ready and you get there and you’re forced to walk Walmart for the next 20 – 30 min or saying they’re going to receive a delivery of that med tomorrow at 10AM but they don’t and they can’t bother calling you. I wish I could say I was exaggerating with what I’m about to say but there is ALWAYS something wrong with my order or anything to do with my order. This is a ridiculous pharmacy and I don’t even think 1 star is low enough for the terrible service they offer. Thanks Walmart Pharmacy for not giving a shit about your customers.
