When we pulled up it was late. Because I had left them my card # I went in and asked to see the room. I didn’t see bugs but we were VERY apprehensive. It was cheap. $ 45 for two of us. The interior was pretty hideous. Why paint over paneling, 2 tone? And both really crappy browns? The paint job was so sloppy. The ‘curtains’ were hemmed unevenly, and had all kinds of holes. I think the refrigerator was broken because in the morning, the food we put in it was rank. There were cigarette burns everywhere, and a Mormon book on the nightstand. My bed was nice and firm, but the other was kind of saggy. There was no way in hell that I would have let the bedcover touch my flesh. So we turned on heater. I slept a bit, and when I woke the room was warm. I likened it to sleeping in a Rhino fart. Musty and Dank Nothing in the room matched! I could barely sleep because of the loud traffic just outside our room. I think there was 1 tiny bar of soap. I got In the shower and slipped on the tub. There was some bits on the tub bottom that was at one time appliques. When I was poor in my early 20’s, I would have been okay here. I’m an adult. I am not a cheap hooker(which one of my local friends say in a big part of the clientele) I am not a tweaker,(which another friend said is the other part of their clientele) They laughed at us so hard that we stayed here. If they spent a tiny bit and made it look a bit nicer, they could raise the prices and get a decent clientele. At least I didn’t see any bugs.

Old motor court fixed up. boasts clean quiet rooms with new beds — mine certainly was! Refrig, microwave, decent crt tv, no bugs, cold AC nice vegas style hard-ish but good bed. bath a little rough looking and sink light took 20 mins. to light but those only negatives and at special 32 $ for single queen bed rate i was quite happy. located on edge of town on US60 so noisy when outside. A cool place with those noted reservations to explore Globe. New management to trying hard to improve and it shows — they were nice!
