J & S Towing

Do NOT use this service. My car was crashed into and they towed it from the scene of the accident. I was not allowed ANY access to my vehicle without paying them 75 $ even though it was 30 mins after the accident and 5:07, they closed at 5:00, and would not open the gate for me without paying 75 $. At which time, PETE, mentioned not to worry because it would be billed to my insurance. When I returned with a car to unload my belongings from the wreck, PETE, informed me that it would NOT be covered by my insurance and I would have to pay the 75 $ immediately. At this point I got angry and told him he lied to me earlier about billing. PETE was unwilling to admit he lied to me, saying he merely misspoke (lied), and began raising his voice to me. PETE yelled, «we can end this right now, I don’t have to let you in the gate!» He basically told me to shut up and pay them if I wanted to get the things from my vehicle. If you do business with these people get any information in writing because they WILL lie to you and all they care about it getting your MONEY. I have contacted the owner, Justin Fountain, and he did not see to care. So hopefully I can help someone else avoid these crooks.
