Great place to stop on the way up north. Diner like, nothing fancy, but good for family/casual. They do a very tasty Patty melt(which I had twice on our trip to Pinetop). There are a lot of chains up that way, so I like that this place always seemed to be busy and that it is locally supported.

I had breakfast here on my way through Globe on 12÷29÷15 and I was very pleased with the meal and the service. Courteous and warm, we were quickly seated. There were snow flurries outside, so I wanted to warm up early this morning. I ordered eggs and bacon and my girlfriend ordered hot chocolate and toast. While we were eating we noticed some cinnamon rolls were just set out on the counter under glass. Gee, they were incredible and cheap! Good food, good service, good everything. Very pleased with Judy’s. Total for breakfast and a cinnamon roll to go was: $ 16.25.

Very good diner. Its great place to stop for breakfast before going to Show Low, Roosevelt Lake, or up into the mountains. Very friendly staff.

Good, traditional diner. Very much like a Denny’s or IHOP. It is great for a late meal when you don’t want fast food. Three of us had respectively a breakfast plate, sandwich and a dinner plate(all you can eat spaghetti special) and everyone was happy with their meal. Prices run about $ 8 a meal.

More of a 3star place. The food is «average“diner food, but always«good». The extra star is for the waitstaff ! So nice. They are quick to take your order, and great about refilling drinks. They are cheerful and help each other even when things get busy. The cooks really know how to cook meat and eggs as ordered.

Good, solid diner food. Nothing fancy, but a nice meal at a reasonable price. 5 of us went to Judy’s after finding out the place we were going to go was closed whilst the owners were on vacation. It was Friday so the soup of the day was Clam Chowder. I usually don’t expect much from Clam Chowder anywhere that isn’t on the coast, but Judy’s had a delicious clam chowder with nice chunks of clams in a nice, thick chowder. I got the French dip. It was fine. Plain, but fine. Probably would have been better with some cheese on it but it wasn’t offered and i didn’t think to ask. Dining companions got burgers and they were good sized, and the toppings all looked fresh(the veggies) and there were plenty of mushrooms on the mushroom burger and enough bacon on the bacon cheeseburger. The BLT was split by the other 2 diners in our party and the half sandwich plus a bowl of soup was more than adequate for them, so that worked out well. Our server was friendly and pleasant. The ladies room was clean and soap and TP were stocked. The place wasn’t packed but there were plenty of people there for 4 in the afternoon on a Friday. No complaints and, as I said earlier — Good, solid diner food. I’d go back again.

Ok food, building could use a thorough cleaning. Staff was thoughtful and friendly. I had the Green Chili burger… it was ok, my wife had the Chicken Strip Salad that was very good. Conveniently located and reasonably priced.

Looked good from the road so my wife, daughter and I gave it a shot. Neither hostess nor waitress were particularly friendly. Not rude, just not very jovial or nice. The menu had several good options on it. We started with mozzarella sticks which were really good and the sauce alright. My daughter had the pizza which was just awful — tasted and looked like cardboard with red paint. My wife had the open-face turkey sandwich which didn’t sit well with her: It consisted of shaved turkey(think lunch meat) on white bread with a side of processed mashed potatoes and gravy so salty you could melt ice with it. I had the green chile burger which was actually decent. Looked like a manually-shaped patty, not from a freeze pack. Fries were good. The waitress left the bill when she served the food and never returned. We had to flag down another waitress to get refills and she told us ours had taken a break. At 6.30 — peak dinner time, I’d guess. Odd time to take a break. It was freezing outside and the single-pane windows made it pretty chilly. Booths were worn, you could feel the springs. Bathrooms were downright disgusting — like a bad highway rest area. No, we will not return.

No different than Denny’s. Same food same service. Took 20 minutes for an English muffin. Seriously even mcD’s is faster.

Several reviews rate this place as average and I would agree. We were greeted warmly as we entered and seated but it was several minutes before our order was taken. Once the waiter took our order, service was prompt and friendly. We both had breakfast. My eggs were properly cooked(over easy) and the hotcakes were quite good. My smoked sausage was not what I expected, however. As a southerner I expected a sausage patty but got a «smoked sausage», essentially a hot dog. My fault for not asking. Should have had bacon. All in all, I would go back if I were in the area.

We were happy to find a place open on Labor Day. Seems everything in the area was closed. The food was average. I ordered a French dip and got a tiny roll with cold deli meat. Sent it back. The waitress didn’t seems to hold a grudge. We had a friendly fly as guest for lunch. Thank you Judy’s for providing a place for the kids to eat today but it’s not likely we will be returning.

We’re driving through globe and found this restaurant. The atmosphere is similar to a Denny’s restaurant. It’s clean, friendly and VERY busy, so it must be a hot with locals. I had the 2 egg breakfast and my husband had the corned beef hash. It was delicious and the price is right. Our server was very friendly.

There is nothing bad about Judy’s. The food was completely average, the atmosphere was generic diner. The wait staff was competent but utterly impersonal. There is nothing wrong with any of that, except it is completely forgettable and all food was straight out of a Nobel Sysco can. If you want a memorable or noteworthy dining experience, don’t go to Judy’s.

Your typical diner greasy spoon. There are not a huge amount of Choices in Globe so this works for a decent meal. Never had bad service here.

Well we are passing they from being at apache for the past few days… We were hungry! We sat down took 20 minutes for server to even get to us no acknowledgment or anything. Finally I had to ask for someone to take order… Then about another 45 minute wait for food… I asked what’s taking so long? The MANAGER. Replies well it is busy and walks away… Wow ok! Never again. Food was ok got my order wrong but I wasn’t about to say anything because only god knows how long that would have taken…

This is a typical family diner along a major highway. The place is clean and spacious, brightly lit with big windows that provide a good view of the Globe mountain scenery. The staff is friendly, service is fast, and the food is middle-of-the-road. It’s an OK place for getting a quick, filling, inexpensive meal if you pass through Globe during your drive through I-60 and don’t really care for fancier meals and atmosphere in the restaurants or cafes in downtown Globe.

Located at the top of a hill it has an awesome view of the valley below, oh and the sunset. I’m a fan(3.5 star) of this place because their menu says they’ve been open for at least 20 something years. It could be longer because I don’t know how up to date that menu is. They have a large menu which includes Senior Specials, burgers, sandwiches, salads, and your typical country kitchen kind of food. It’s a good place to take the family and have a good simple meal without breaking the bank. It was pretty busy during dinner. You have the option to sit at the bar, in a table or booth. I had the T-bone steak dinner. The T-bone was good, not an amazing steak that I’d spread the word about to the world about as it was a little tough but it is a steak I love that shit. Not the best steak I had in town but I enjoyed it. It was accompanied with a baked potato, some corn off the cob, a salad, and a biscuit which were all OK. It filled me. Those that I were with had the open faced turkey sandwich, it was a pile of sliced turkey on a couple slices of bread with mash potato and covered with gravy oh boy did it look good, the chicken parmesan which looked alright, and don’t remember what the other one had. Customer service was good, they brought our food out quickly and kept refilling our drinks, I’d say I was a fan of their service. I saw these huge rolls covered in frosting I don’t remember if they were cinnamon and raisin or not but they looked good too. They have daily specials.

Our waitress was classic! So inviting, so friendly, so helpful, great personality. She had the kind of hospitality and charm that you would see on TV when a show takes place in a small town diner. That’s what this place felt like. For a small town diner, I was happy that they had Veggie Burger on the menu. It was stacked high with lettuce, a thick slice of tomato, red onions, and pickles on the side. Totally hit the spot! It also came with thick-cut fries which taste really good with Arizona Gunslinger hot sauce. The way our waitress said«Gunslinger!» with so much enthusiasm, how could I resist? GUNSLINGER!!! ;D
