Went in for a major mess that I had created myself, I lost a rear molar many years back and Had issues before with the remaining pieces of tooth in my mouth, long story short it came back to haunt me with a vengeance, I called and they were able to see me the next day, The Doctor I saw said by all means it had to come out and too my Surprise there was two teeth that needed extraction, all said and Done I needed no pain pills afterward, and seems to be healing up very nicely without any issues
