Pizza Hut

I ordered some Pizza, and a salad. They charged me and forgot the salad. Upon asking the manager for a refund he said no. He offered to resend the salad later on but that was not necessary. Would not simply refund my credit card. Terrible service. I should have disputed the charge, but can’t be bothered calling my bank over a few dollars. What a rip off, terrible people. F–

It isn’t even peak season and service is LOUSY!!! A warning to all those in the coming months. We called our order in for pickup — they said 15 minutes. We arrived in 12 minutes and the manager gave our pizza to someone else!!! No apology!!! We had to wait another 15 minutes for our pizza… no discount or anything!!! It sounds like this is a recurring problem. We would have left immediately but they already charged our account. NOT HAPPY WITH PIZZA HUT HERE! The manager acted like no big deal!

So I thought this was absolutely disgusting. Ordered pizza from Pizza Hut hut says it will be there in 30 mins. Wait thirty minutes plus an extra 20 call the store to find out what’s going on. Apparently he took my order to the wrong house but was going back to get it so he could bring it to me. I don’t care if you just barely dropped it off. I don’t want it. Then he acts surprised when I say I don’t want it that’s a health issue

sat in a booth and waited 15 minutes. servers kept asking people if their pizza was good and refilled glasses. But here we waited. finally got up and left. Some guy with tattoos on his arm said he would be right over. Well that never happened

This place used to be pretty poor both in service and quality of the food. However here in the last two or three years something changed. I don’t know if they got new owners or what but it is very, very good now!
It is also the only place in town that delivers, however they do not deliver everywhere. I don’t blame them, this town has a lot of rough back roads. Also last time I called for delivery, they only delivered after 5 on weekdays and all day Saturday and Sunday.
Another cool thing is that you can use the Pizza Hut app for your smart phone to order. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because in my opinion there are better pizza places in town like Vonnies or Leonard Paul’s. However I still enjoy Pizza Hut from time to time, especially since as I said before it has gotten WAY better!

Good, attentive server. Decent buffet, not a big selection.
