When we happened to be in need of services they offered, my wife luckily happened upon their truck (and contact information) in a coffee shop parking lot. After a very positive experience (and seeing their A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau), I thought it made sense to get the word out on their behalf here.
Dave and his son Jesse arrived very promptly for a scheduled consultation, and dug right into the various aspects of our ductwork and vents. After I walked them around for the lay of the land, Dave conducted a thorough but expedient evaluation, then took us through a comprehensive recommendation and associated pricing estimate, breaking things into highly recommended, recommended, and optional. We opted for a pretty full investment in some restorative and preventive work (personal preference). The cost was relatively high on a one-​time basis, though our home had gone decades without attention to many of the related aspects they were ready to resolve, so on a cost-​over-​time perspective, the pricing felt fair. After that, Dave got to work (Jesse was already in full swing).
Their equipment seemed robust and they were ready with the supplies they needed for a variety of potential facets of the job they might encounter. I was happy with how they prepared the house to remain clean, rather than letting debris spread everywhere. They took time to explain some developments as they worked, including showing some results — for instance, it was satisfying to see some of the removed dust clogs that had been a drag on efficiency and air quality. Both were courteous and friendly throughout, and Dave in particular was a pleasure to deal with — funny, earnest, and informative.
They completed their work in under the time they initially projected, completed a full end-​of-​job walk-​through and clean-​up, thanked us, and were on their way. They were a model of what I’d look for in an in-​home service provider, and I believe I can count on them in the future for further questions or maintenance. Highly recommended.
