Every artist has things they are good at, things they are not so good at, etc. There are several good artists at 138 for tattoos. Be sure to communicate what you are looking for. Having reference pictures, etc is definitely a good idea. (Basically the more you can give them to go off of, the better they can be sure to be on the same page as you.)
They have very reasonable prices for tattoos and piercings alike, as well as a decent selection of jewelry (especially for the area.)
Well worth checking out.

I absolutely love 138 Tattoo. Me, mum and dad have all gotten tattoos done there and I do not regret a thing I’ve gotten done! Keith did my tattoos and his designs, shading and lettering is fantastic. James, the owner, did both my parents (along with Keith doing a lot of my dad’s also) and he is amazing with that needle of his.
When I went in to get help with my lip piercing, Julie helped me out and she is extremely kind and very helpful.
Over all, 138 Tattoo is filled with good company and great artists. I highly recommend Keith and James for tattoos and Julie for piercings. Everyone is kind and professional and I am extremely happy I went there to get my first three tattoos.

Went with my now ex-​girlfriend to get a tattoo they previously done, fixed. Was even thinking about getting some work done myself. Not impressed with there work at all even though she continues to go there cause she knows the owner. Her recent work done on the back of her neck is Horrible!!! Some of the lines looked like sharpie marker on a paper towel. They do have somewhat of a following with their loyal customers, but I will pass.
