Cleanup Service

Unilocal was running an ad for $ 150 for five hours of service so i called and spoke to steve. I told him i needed mulching spread, bushes cut, and cleanup in front and back yard. He said ok i will send two guys out and they will do what they can for the five hours anything else needed over the five hours would be $ 30 a person each hour. I said do u want to come out and look at the property and he said to keep his costs down he uses google earth to know how many guys to send out. I agreed. He asked me to call damblys and order mulch and to let him know what day it would be delivered. It was delivered june 9^th and steve called and said his guys would be out before 10 am. 10:30 rolled around no one showed up. I call and get an answering machine. Someone calls me at 11 to say they will be there in twenty minutes. One guy shows up and i said one guy cannot do this. He said my guy did not show up. So he called someone and began to cut a bush with an electric miniature cutter. The next thing i know he takes off never to return. I call the company and left a message as to what kind of customer service is this? And no return call and no apology or explanation. Do not use the service for multiple reasons listed. Update after three messages they never called back to offer explanation or apology.
