I first found out about Cape Ann Skating Club through Good Morning Gloucester and a sign placed at the rotary. They take kids in the learn-to-skate program starting at 2.5, which is younger than other clubs in the area, which is a plus for me. We really want our son to play hockey and he was so excited to start — and by the second lesson, he was skating by himself, bending over to pick things up off the ice, and learning to get up from sitting. They also had a really cool halloween party last week where he got to go in his cheeseburger costume, got free cupcakes, and a free lesson! I couldn’t be any happier with Cape Ann Skating Club, Faye is really a wonderful teacher. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend sending a child here to learn to skate!
