I usually have good service thru the drive thru but today my husband and I decided to go in. I ordered a sandwich and he ordered a bagel with cream cheese. After waiting 10 minutes we asked where are food was and were told, «I’ll make it right now.» Gee, thanks, we don’t want to put you out or anything.
While we stood there for 15 minutes waiting we witnessed one of the employees, a girl with a huge rose tattoo on her neck, sneeze into her hands, wipe them on her blouse and then proceed to pour coffee. Needless to say we won’t be back.

If you like burned coffee this is the place to go!
YOU MADE ME MISS MY TRAIN!!! If the Decaf isn’t ready and takes 10 minutes to brew tell me that before I give you my frigin’ money. Today you made me miss my train (Thanks Lady!!!). This place is understaffed and the manager is very rude. I’ve finally decided I’m done with all the Dunkin Donuts in this town… The guy who owns them needs to keep a better eye on them. SUCKS!
