If your job involves buying office equipment for your company, you have to deal with lots of slimy, fake salespeople. Ick.
Totally opposite (so far) with Eastern Copy. I would have to say they’ve been flawless. Tony is the nicest, least-​pushy copier salesperson I have ever met. And he’s been very prompt about getting me quotes. Plus, the quotes are very competitive. We’re considering buying from them, so I’ll post an update about the machine & service then. Amen!
Update:
So our copier isn’t flawless, but it is used. I can’t really blame Eastern Copy Fax. And to their credit, the technician has shown up within an hour both times we’ve called. They still get good ratings.
