The place looks run down on the outside. I was hoping it would be a hidden gem. Boy was I wrong. The place would benefit from a good scrub down and fresh coats of paint. Some tlc. The guy selling me tickets was stand offish and didn’t bother to tell me which way to walk. Usually I don’t need help navigating in most theatres because the set up is clear. Here, they have an auditorium on each side and crappy signs.
And the auditoriums smell like a combination of dirty gym socks and animal urine. Yes, the tickets for an adult are only $ 8/​$ 10, but it’s not worth the assault on your nose. Go to amc in Danvers or better yet showcase deluxe.
